Remarks:

1. Bus Bar – II protection type RADHA make ABB tested through injection from Test Plug for
Phase to Neutral and Phase to Phase .Results are shown in the above Table.
2. Bus Bar – II Master Relay tested and found healthy but while injecting fault from terminal
block for Phase to Neutral, Master relay operated with healthy indications but lockout relay
86-3,86-4 (MVAJ GE make) and LOR BBII did not operate means all concern Circuit Breakers
of Bus Bar- II did not trip.
3. While through temporary positive pulse loop between positive DC from terminal block to
coil of the MVAJ, all Bus Bar-II circuit breakers tripped.

Indications Noted:

1. It was physically checked on the field that all the concern circuit breakers related to Bus Bar-
II protection was tripped which are as follows,
D1Q2 OPEN, D2Q2 OPEN, D3Q2 OPEN, D4Q3 open

2. D3Q3 also tripped (Indiscriminate tripping).
