1 Always wear the appropriate PPE.作业人员劳保护品穿着符合要求。

Workers involve for material shifting must be trained and competent.

作业人员经过培训并掌握相关技能。
Shifting of material must be under competent supervisor supervision.

材料运输作业必须指定负责人并全程监督作业活动。
Make sure only authorized person can handle the material shifting.

材料运输作业人员（车辆司机，起重）必须持证上岗。
During loading the material on trailer or trucks apply the hand break, and additional stopper must be
5 provided for tires.
车辆装卸材料时，运输车辆必须拉紧手刹制动，并在轮胎前后加楔子制动。

6 Do not exceed the load capacity of trailer or trucks. 不得超载，驾驶室内不得超员。

Material must be secured and tighten with good condition belts, the belts should be inspected by
7 competent person.
材料运输过程中使用合格绑扎带有效固定，绑扎带须完好并经检验。
Before moving the trailer and trucks driver must be check all material secured and tight.

车辆启动前，司机应检查材料固定情况，固定措施不当不得启动车辆。
Side support must be provided, Side support must be visual inspection there is no any cracks, and
bend，do not exceed the height limit of material over the side support; make sure side support of

material is in right position.使用板车进行材料运输时，车辆两侧铁质挡桩须完好有效、不得弯曲变
形、开裂，所装材料高度不得超过侧挡桩。
Do not exceed the material outside of the trailer and trucks, if necessary make sure warning tapes must

be provided.材料不得超长超宽，必要时应悬挂警示带。
Wooden support always provide for pipes spools during shifting to the site to avoid rolling hazard,
11 wooden support must be strong enough and fixed properly.
管段材料运输时须在管段两侧加设木楔子，以阻止管段运输时发生滚动。
During unloading the material from trailer or trucks do not stand or sit near the trailer or trucks.材料装

卸作业无关人员应保持安全距离，不得靠近，不得穿越警戒区域。
Provide safety tapes and hazard warning signs during loading and unloading the material from trailer or

trucks.材料装卸作业应拉设警戒带，设置警示牌。
Before open the material safety belts make sure stopper is available and in good condition.拆除材料绑

扎带前，确保楔木放在合适位置，防止材料滚落伤人。

15 Do not remove the side support of trailer or trucks.材料运输车两侧型钢挡桩不得拆除。

16 No speeding. 材料运输车辆应按照规定时速行驶，不得超速。
