I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 2:45 pm due to unavailability of focal person. Quorum was
not established.

II. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

The minutes from last meeting were unavailable.

III. AGENDA and Discussion Points

a. Email about College Baccalaureate Mass Budget Template to be attached to the RFP.

The budgetary proposal is yet to be submitted for approval. Tentative date of

baccalaureate mass is on May 18, 2018, 8:00 am at Holy Rosary Chapel.

b. Committee Forming (if necessary)

An ad hoc committee was formed composed of Mrs. Magbanlac, Ms. Sicak, and Mr.
Arellano in support of Mr. Albitos for the event at hand.

c. Special Awards (if necessary)

The following were the awards agreed by the attendees subject to approval:

Leadership Award – Gold, Silver, Bronze

Service Award – Gold, Silver, Bronze
 Extra-curricular Award – Gold, Silver, Bronze
Co-curricular Award (not yet included due to lack of activities)
DEAN’s Award of Excellence – Gold
Excellence in the field of Information Technology – Gold, Silver, Bronze
Excellence in the field of Business – Gold, Silver, Bronze
Excellence in the field of Hospitality – Gold, Silver, Bronze
Organizational Membership Award (YHAS) – Gold, Silver, Bronze
Organizational Membership Award (COBS) – Gold, Silver, Bronze
Organizational Membership Award (CBS) – Gold, Silver, Bronze

10 Gold, 9 Silver, and 9 Bronze medals needed for the abovementioned awards.

IV. FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS

a. Develop a final budgetary proposal draft – Mr. Albitos

b. Consult the contents of the minutes dated May 15, 2018 – Mr. Albitos
c. Delegation of responsibility (if necessary) to the ad hoc committee. – Mr. Albitos
