Job Profile

Conduct Quality Control inspections to ensure all works carried out conform to specifications &
requirements. Preparing ITPs, Method Statements, ITRs, and RFIs. Witness & Verify Inspection & Test
Results. Project Quality Records are collated maintained & up to experience. Responsible Equipment
Foundations (Vessels, Drums, Tanks), inspection of rebar, formwork, anchor bolts, embedded plates,
concrete pouring. Concrete Structure Foundations (Steel structure, Pipe Rack, Sphere), inspection of rebar,
formwork, anchor bolts and steel structure elevation. Inspection of earth works and backfilling. Preparing
the paper works for the inspection. Have good communication skills and be able to effectively deal with
people both internally and externally. Have knowledge in preparing Method Statement, ITP, ITRs and
Inspection and procedures. Capable of handling projects with minimum direction and supervision.
Inspectors will be expected to conduct checks that include on going construction work, material deliveries
and off site testing and inspection surveillances reports. This will include surveillance reports, non
conformance reports and verification of corrective actions. Good document control experience. Inspection of
excavation for foundations, sand bedding, back filling and compaction, and submitted final result to the
main client and co-ordinate with them. To conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review
of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.
