Reflection
1. How long do the children spend on one task?
2. What kind of tasks do they do individually? In pairs? In groups? As a class?
3. How does the teacher introduce the task? How are the instructions checked?
4. Work with a child. Ask him/her about what they enjoy doing at school. The
activities/subjects and why.
5. Ask a child about the things they are good at and also about what they want
to learn more about.

Learning Activities

My MST uses different technique for each activity. For the activities which
students do practice for the EmSAT exam. The students work individually so they
each student get an opportunity to do exercise the new vocabulary and grammar.
Otherwise, the activities those include new thing learning, the students work in group
so they can help each other and share their information. Finally, the team work often
used at the last part of the lesson as a closer.it is used as to check of understand what
they learned in the lesson. In my opinion, group work is more effective because lets
students to share own information and help each other.

Time of the tasks is different from task to task. If the task is complex, the
students need more time to finish it. Moreover, if students do their task in group or
team, they often are enthusiasts to finish their work quickly. Finally, I believe that the
spirit of competition and cooperation motivate them and affect their speed
performance positively unlike if they work individually.

My MST gives the clear instructions to the tasks that get students fully
understand about the task. She explains them the task and what they have to do step
by step. Moreover, she always gives one example or models the task on the white
board. Also, the teacher checks their understanding by asking students about what she
said related with the task. I believe strongly that clear instructions lead students to
achieve their task successful.
I asked one of the students about what she most likes it in the collage. She told
that she spend fun time with her friend .Also, she like My MST classes because she
prepared them very well to EmSAT exam. She talked about the variety types of
practice the teacher provided them and how much benefited from them. Moreover,
she likes the way of her teacher in the teaching because she makes learning more
exciting .furthermore, she appreciate her teacher because she gave them her support
and care all the time. On the other hand, she emphasized that the support and help
have a big effect in their learning. This make me take this point seriously when i will
be a teacher in the future.
