Rudraksha bead maintenance Nov 15, 2011

Good observations I would say. I agree that many of the beeja mantras are
similar, but I found no similarly between the properties of the beads or the
chakras they work on. I realised I had written the diety mantras and not Beeja
mantras for some mukhis. I am correcting as below according to the Katyayani
text I have here
Seventeen Mukhi: "Om Hreem Hoom Hoom Namah"
> Eighteen Mukhi: "Om Hreem Hoom Ekatva Rupe Hoom Hreem Om"
> Nineteen Mukhi: "Om Hreem Hoom Namah"
> Twenty Mukhi: "Om Hreem Hreem Hoom Hoom Brahmane Namah"
Gauri Shankar: "Om Aim Hreem Yugalrupanaye Namah"

I am unable to read the 21 mukhi text for beeja mantra as it is not very clear.
Will check that out later.

Yes every Rudraksha corresponds to a different diety.. no two beads are the same
diety.. In my research of the beads, I saw each diety come alive as the bead
activated that chakra. It was a very divine experience. I will share one such
experience with you.. I was testing 14 mukhi for a long time and somehow had to
give up the test after days of testing as I reached no conclusive results..
reason was I was started with the thought that it was a bead of Lord Shani as
that was written in some books dated 1972 (but not in Puranas).. I am no
particular Fan of Lord Hanuman and had never worshipped him before and knew no
mantra of him.. as such in India you will see less women worshipping this
Brahmachari (Celibate).. Out of frustration I decided to let go of all
preconceived notions and starts praying to this bead on every chakra and then it
WORKED on the Mars chakra.. tears came to my eyes as a Mantra echoed "Lal Deha
lali Laise.. Arudhar Lal Langoor, Vajra Deha Danav Dalan.. Jai Jai Jai Kapi
Sur.." I saw a magnificent Monkey RED in colour.. ready to take on any
challenge.. blinded in his faith for the Lord, who was ready to cross oceans,
lift mountains..just because His master had faith in him.. This is Mars.. Trust
your Creator and go for it.. and you can do everything..
So please trust me when I say that the plantery associations we wrote earlier
which other websites still follow are incorrect..I was the one who wrote them
back in 1990 when we made our first website as I had to take help of books
written in 1970's for these associations as Puranas did not mention them.
Pran Prathistha mantra is no secret.. it is the Life infusing mantra chanted on
any Idol.. mala beads or yantra to Awaken it after washing it and keeping it
ready for life. Please see this at link below

What is meant by Awakening? Nov 15, 2011

Yes there are seven major chakras and several minor chakras.. each of them is
ruled by a diety which you can call "energy". The major dieties ruling the 7
chakras are Brahma, Ganesh, Kartikeya, Shiva forms (Shiva, Shankar,
Mahamrityunjaya), Dakshinamurty, Parvati, Krishna, Kamadeva, Rama, Agni, Laxmi,
Durga forms (Bhumi, Katyayani, Amba), Vishnu.. The others Gods and Goddess rule
the minor chakras and Nadis. An emotional disorder meaning "Fear" blocks the
related chakra which in turn stops supplying energy to the related organ
resulting in disease. Now fears are of different types.. fear of instability,
fear of being unsafe, fear of being without power..fear of living without money
and so on.. We ascend in life as we drop these fears by self realisation. As the
fear gets dropped.. the chakra gets balanced... I believe every fear create a
Knot inside our DNA and transforms it.. this dna imprint we carry across several
births till by self realisation we release the fear and the knot gets
dissolved.. Every single disease in the world has a spiritual solution. I can
now see the disease coming towards me as my mind gets polluted by negativity and
see the disease moving away in fraction of seconds as I drop it.

I agree that if the organ is quite damaged, surgical intervention is needed.

Also people are ready to pop medicines and go under knife.. but not ready to
transform their negative thinking.

Rudraksha bead maintenance Nov 16, 2011

My beads were activated just once few years back when I started wearing them
after doing Rudra Abhishek and chanting Pran pratistha mantra. This we do for
all beads that are despatched from our centre.
I find that beads get activated once they come in contact with your bio-magnetic
field. The method of stringing we follow at Rudra Centre, is developed using
scientific methods which allows the beads to get attuned quickly to this field.
And since I wear the beads during my daily mantra Japa, they keep on getting
activated. I like to wash them with rose water and ganges water and offer fumes
of incense. I don't do beeja mantras of the individual mukhis at present, but
would like to do in future as time permits.
Beeja sounds are sacred sounds that dieties understand and helps us communicate
with them faster.. just like a computer understands 1 and 0. All dieties (Gods)
have their own beeja letter which is as below.. The beeja sounds in the
Rudraksha mantra conveys the dieties that get activated with them.

Bija Akshara
A Bija-Akshara is a seed-letter and is a very powerful Mantra. Every Devata has
his or her own Bija-Akshara. The greatest of all Bija-Aksharas is OM or Pranava.
It is the symbol of the Paramatman Himself. OM contains within itself all the
other Bija-Aksharas. There is no Mantra superior to OM. This triliteral sound is
only an expression or manifestation of the highest primal Dhvani or vibration.

The Bijas of the five elements, namely Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth, are
Ham, Yam, Ram, Vam and Lam respectively.

The meanings of a few Bija-Mantras are given as under :

OM
OM consists of three letters: 'A', 'U' and 'M'. They signify the three states of
consciousness, the entire existence. 'A' is the waking state or Virat and Visva.
'U' is the dreaming state of Hiranyagarbha and Taijasa. 'M' is the sleeping
state or Isvara and Prajna.

Haum
In this Mantra, Ha is Siva and Au is Sadasiva. Lord Siva is worshipped with this
mantra.

Dum
Here Da means Durga. U means to protect. This is the Mantra of Durga Mata.

Kreem
Kalika Maa is worshipped with this mantra. Ka is Kali. Ra is Brahman. Ee is
Mahamaya.

HREEM
This is the Mantra of Mahamaya or Bhuvanesvari. Ha means Siva. Ra is Prakriti.
Ee means Mahamaya. Nada is the mother of the universe. Bindu means the dispeller
of sorrow.

Shreem
This is the Mantra of Mahalakshmi. Sa is Mahalakshmi. Ra means wealth. Ee means
satisfaction or contentment.

Aim
This is the Bija-Mantra of Sarasvati. Ai means Sarasvati.

Kleem
This is the Kamabija. Ka means the Lord of desire (Kamadeva). Ka may also mean
Krishna. La means Indra. Ee means contentment or satisfaction.

Hoom
In this Mantra, Ha is Shiva. U is Bhairava.

Gam
This is the Ganesha-Bija. Ga means Ganesha.

Glaum
This is a Mantra of Ganesha. Ga means Ganesha. La means that which pervades. Au
means lustre or brilliance.

Kshraum
This is the Bija of Narasimha. Ksha is Narasimha. Ra is Brahma. Au means with
teeth pointing upwards.

Laxmi and Kuber Mudras to manifest wealth Nov 16, 2011

Mudra

Power in the Hands

The hands when used systematically in mudra exercises result in a wealth of

benefit for the practitioner. Not only does it improve one's health, they also
generate the energies that would give empowerment. Specific hand gestures assist
the unfoldment of one's divine potentials, or inner divinity lying dormant
within one's being.

By practicing hand gestures we eventually find ourselves communicating with

Nature, for some of her esoteric languages are signs and symbols. Mudras
generate structured magnetic fields with forms that resemble computer fractuals
and images. Abstract forms reach the higher planes of life where angelic forces
reside. Thus, by performing mudras we may eventually find ourselves socializing
with cherubim and seraphim.
Mudras awaken the power of the hands to act therapeutically and magically. The
psychic centers in the palms and fingertips are activated to their optimal level
by the consistent application of mudras.

I am writing below two rare Mudras for wealth.

Kuber Mudra

Kuber Mudra is named after the Hindu God of wealth and riches and rightly so
cause this mudra is said to be bestowed with the blessing of Kuber himself and
is his own Mudra.

How to form Kuber Mudra:-

1. The tips of thumb, index and middle finger should be brought together and
press them against each other.

2. The other two fingers should be bent and they should rest in the middle of
palm. Do it with both of your hands.

Benefits:- As said earlier, this mudra helps people achieve what they set as
goal for themselves and not only money, though money is what most of the people
want. While doing this mudra, focus with your full intensity on what you want
and think of as if you have already got it. This Mudra helps channel your energy
and motivation towards what you want. And in this Mudra, it is of less
importance that for what time you do but what is important is with how much
intensity you do it.

The best thing would be to practice this every morning for 10 minutes and focus
on what you want of the day and i am sure, you will find it very very helpful.

Lakshmi Devi Mudra

Place hands in Anjali Mudra (prayer position). Part the fourth fingers. Place
the second fingers behind the fourth fingers. Bring the finger tips of the
second fingers toward the tips of the thumbs. Touch if possible. Cross the fifth
fingers. The first fingers face outward, beside one another. Do this for 10
minutes while focussing on your desires for wealth. You may chant the mantra for
Mahalaxmi also while doing this.

An exciting discovery Nov 17, 2011

I would like to share the discovery of a very powerful Rudraksha which is the
Gauri Shankar bead. It was long associated as being a bead for spiritual gains..
but as I discover it more and more, it is revealing itself as bead of
fulfillment of desires. It is the true bead for Venus, the planet for love and
money and Goddess Mahalaxmi and I have discovered it secret awakening mantra
also which we would use to energise it. Now I understand why the Gurus love to
wear Gauri Shankar Kantha, as it is mala for Laxmi Siddhi and Universal love.
Talking about fulfillment of desires.. we should know that every desire that
comes to Us, comes for the purpose of fulfillment. Unless there is a Want (Yin),
there will not be a fulfillment (Yang).. Bigger the Yin.. faster the yang..
Clearer and purposeful the Yin.. more chances of yang coming towards it.. The
more happy and excited the Yin.. the more faster is the Yang.. So dears, watch
your desires.. Is your Yin of success or wealth or a life partner or a new
house or a new car with Fear, doubts, worries, sorrows or regrets of the past..
or it is with pure unadulterated excitement?

Exciting discovery Nov 18, 2011

Thanks for your mail. I devised a meditation for wish fulfillment which came
to me after knowledge of Gauri Shankar. I did that today morning and it felt
blissful. I want you all to you and will discuss tomorrow.
For this some background information first. We know that God cannot possibly run
His Huge empire without any programming.. There is a Law that is intrinsic in
all living being which governs what we Do and what we don't attract in life..
and that is the Law of Polarity. For every desire, there exists a want. The
deeper the desire, the faster the want.. It is like two concentric circles,
intersecting in the middle..both spreading out to both extremes. For eg, to
appreciate and rejoice in success, you must know what it feels like to fail.
Likewise, to appreciate wealth, you must know that poverty exists, and to feel
the bliss of love, you must have felt the pain of being deprived of love or
wanting more love. Every question generates its own answer, an inside has an
outside, love knows anti-love, light defines no light (dark) and so the Law of
Polarity expresses in every facet of life.

You do not need to dwell in the negative energy pole for long, and it is our aim
to experience more positive pole emotions most of the time. Being aware of the
negative possibilities allows us to more deeply appreciate the positive,
uplifting emotional experiences in our journey through life.

So with this background.. meditation is as follows:-

Close your eyes and breathe deeply and relax..
See your desire very clearly in front of you. It may be a promotion, a new
house, more money, a love interest.
Now feel deeply within you how much you want it.. Expand the Yin, the yearning
to the maximum.. stretching it out to the limit. Dwell on that for some time.
Then dwell on the Yang.. the want and the possibility of achieving it..
a)if you are in Job, then how will you make more money- simply by getting a
raise..and saving more money.. know that it is possible.
b) if you are in business, how will you make more money- by getting large orders
and big clients.. know you will get it.
c)If you are attracting a love interest... know she/he exists and will come.
d) You are looking for clearing your debts.. know you can save to pay it off and
work towards earning extra income.

Now let the Ying and Yang circles meet and dwell on the intersection.. how do
you feel when it becomes true.. feel the happiness and joy.. do you feel any
discomfort or doubts or fear of it becomes true.. identify and dissolve it..
feel the energy of God pushing the Yang towards you.. Let the excitement of the
Intersection become higher and higher.. till it reaches a level of ecstacy..

Carry this pleasure with your throughout the day.. You will attract.

An exciting discovery Nov 18, 2011

Yes this is the one. We have now changed its description on website too.
Product Name - Gauri Shankar
Origin: Nepal
Description - Gauri Shankar rudraksha is the Unified form of Shiva & Shakti
represented by two naturally joined rudraksha. It opens up the Hrit Padma chakra
and attracts peace, harmony and abundance in the wearer's life. Hrit Padma
chakra is the spiritual heart which is the abode of Goddess Mahalaxmi. It is
variously described as a lotus with 8, 16, or 1000 petals, being golden, red, or
white of colour; inside of the lotus there are circular regions of sun, moon,
and fire and in the centre of the Chakra, there are a whishing-tree
(kalpavriksha), a throne consisting of Matrika letters (symbolizing the
spiritual heart of the aspirant) on which he/she should place his or her
Ishtadevata in meditation, and an altar.
Gauri Shankar which is the Unison of Male (Yang) SHiva and female (Ying) Shakti
is the most powerful Rudraksha for spiritual wholeness. According to ancient
philosophy, the entire universe is a manifestation of pure consciousness. In
manifesting the universe, this pure consciousness seems to become divided into
two poles or aspects, neither of which can exist without the other. One aspect
retains a static quality and remains identified with unmanifest consciousness.
In Tantra this quality is called Shiva, and is conceptualized as masculine… The
other part of this polarity is a dynamic, energetic, or creative aspect that is
called Shakti, the great mother of the universe, for it is from her that all is
born.

Spiritual wholeness or unity is key to the personal ascension process. Unless we

attain wholeness or unity within our spiritual selves, we will not be able to
ascend or reach higher consciousness. Spiritual wholeness or unity is simply the
balancing, harmonizing and uniting of our inner male/sun/yang and our inner
female/moon/yin. When we unite our inner male and female, we birth the son which
is our Christ Consciousness which is our connection to our higher self.
Spiritual wholeness is achieved when the female or earth/yin lower chakras unite
and balance with the male or heaven/yang upper chakras within the heart chakra
of the individual.
It is in the heart center that the union of the female and male (Yin/Yang)
energies takes place. In other words, when the two opposite and complementary
energies within each one of us occurs, then Cosmic Consciousness awakens in the
ego of a seeker – the bud becomes a rose… and unfolds the quality of
unconditional love in his/her mystical heart.

An exciting discovery Nov 18, 2011

I know you all want to know more about the Gauri Shankar and I have lots to
share after the discovery.. as to why we have Gauri Shankar of different
mukhis.. what do they stand for? What does it do actually.. how it works etc..
To understand that fully, first we should all understand about a very special
chakra we have just below the heart (2 finger breadth below to your left side).
This is called the Hrit Padma chakra, also called the Sacred heart. I have
uploaded the picture of this chakra in the Mudras folder in the Photos gallery.
Following is the property of this chakra. This chakra is also called "Anandmaya
Kosha" by some Gurus.
In this Chakra there is the spiritual heart, it is the seat of the Atman and the
place where ones Ishtadevata should be worshiped. It is variously described as a
lotus with 8, 16, or 1000 petals, being golden, red, or white of colour; inside
of the lotus there are circular regions of sun, moon, and fire and in the centre
of the Chakra, there are a wishing-tree (kalpavriksha), a throne consisting of
Matrika letters (symbolizing the spiritual heart of the aspirant) on which
he/she should place
his or her Ishtadevata in meditation, and an altar.

The main Ruling planet of Gauri Shankar is Venus as this bead works on the
Venus chakra which is Hrit Padma. I will be talking more about this bead in next
post. Venus is described as a planet of Love and also "manifestation" which is
symbolised by Union of Shiva and Shakti in Gauri Shankar. I hope you read the
description of Hrit Padma chakra. It is the chakra having 8 petals standing for
Astha Laxmi. It has regions for Sun, moon and fire. I copy below the most
revered SriSuktam which is the most powerful Strotra for invoking Grace of
Goddess Laxmi. Notice the reference of Sun, moon and fire in this. Do try to
listen to this on Youtube also.

Exciting discovery of Gauri Shankar mantra Nov 20, 2011

Now time has come for me to tell you the mantra for awakening the chakra that
Gauri Shankar works on. The mantra is the famous Gayatri mantra. Gauri Shankar
which symbolises Union can also be interpreted of Union of Us with God, Union of
Gayatri (Wisom conciousness) with Savitri (material wealth), Union of Want
(Shiva) with desire (Shakti). I invite you all in the next few club posts to
deeply understand the true meaning of Gayatri mantra and how it helps us
manifest. In the next few posts, if you read carefully, lot of facts will be
known to you. In later posts, I will also be telling you that Gayatri is not a
Goddess (although she is pictured as one) and this is the most powerful mantra
ever. Also this is not a prayer to the Sun (for that there is a Surya Gayatri
mantra) but prayer to the Creator.

Gâyatrî Mantra
We meditate on the glory of the Creator;
Who has created the Universe;
Who is worthy of Worship;
Who is the embodiment of Knowledge and Light;
Who is the remover of all Sin and Ignorance;
May He enlighten our Intellect.

Introduction:
The Gâyatrî Mantra is from the Rig Veda (iii, 62, 10), which has existed in
written form for at least 2500 to 3500 years. (Some accounts date the original
text to be over 6000 years old, but rather than being overly concerned about a
precise date, let us focus our attention on the meaning of this glorious mantra
and how it can enrichen and illuminate our life here and
Meaning of Gayatri is
- gaya vital energies
- trayate) preserves, protects, gives deliverance, grants liberation
The word Mantra means instrument of thought, sacred text, or a prayer of praise.
So, the two words "Gâyatrî Mantra" might be translated as: a prayer of praise
that awakens the vital energies and gives liberation.
And indeed, this is such a prayer.

In his book Sâdhanâ, Srî Swâmi Shivânanda wrote:

"Of all the mantras, the supreme and the most potent power of powers is the
great, glorious Gâyatrî Mantra.
It is the support of every seeker after Truth who believes in its efficacy,
power and glory, be he of any caste, creed, clime or sect. It is only one's
faith and purity of heart that really count. Indeed, Gâyatrî is an impregnable
spiritual armor, a veritable fortress, that guards and protects its votary, that
transforms him into the divine, and blesses him with the brilliant light of the
highest spiritual illumination.
... It is universally applicable, for it is nothing but an earnest prayer for
Light, addressed to the Supreme Almighty Spirit.
... This single mantra, repeated sincerely and with clear conscience, brings the
supreme good."

The Invocation:
Chanting of the Gâyatrî Mantra is often prefaced with either a short invocation
or a long invocation and is often followed with a closing.
Short Invocation:
This invocation is acknowledging and joyously celebrating that Om is bhûr, Om
is bhuvas, Om is suvaha... Om is everything.
The terms bhûr, bhuvas, suvaha (mahâ vyâhritis) are invocations to honor the
planes of our existence and to call to our aid the presiding deities of the
three planes in which we live our ordinary life: the physical, astral and mental
planes.
The three lokas (bhûr, bhuvas, suvaha) are the bîja (seed) mantrams of the
devatâs called Agni, Vâyu and âditya who are being invoked to assist in our
transformation. (See Chandogya Upanishad (IV, xvii, 1-3) and (II, xxiii, 3)).
Then Prajâpati reflected on the three lokas and from this reflection was born
OM. As veins pervade all leaves, so Om pervades all sound. Verily all this is
Om! Verily all this is Om!
The short preamble is simply these four words:
om
bhûr
bhuvas
suvaha
- Long Invocation:
As with the shorter version, this invocation is a recognition that there are
many worlds, all empowered by the nameless, formless, birthless, deathless which
is symbolized by om.... om is everything.
These seven lines of the long invocation are the seven lokas, or planes, of
existence, and are used not only to recognize and honor the planes of existence,
but also to call the presiding deities of those planes to aid in our
transformation and realization:
om bhûhû
om bhuvaha
om suvaha
om mahaha
om janaha
om tapaha
om satyaM
The seven lokas, may be briefly described as:
bhûhû - earth, the physical world
bhuvaha - astral/desire/breath, the world of becoming
suvaha - mental, the world of thinking
mahaha - causal, silent mind, the world of emotion
janaha - world of creative generation
tapaha - world of intuition
satyaM - world of Absolute Truth
This recital of the lokas begins with the gross, physical world filled with
separation and differences and then each, in sequence, becomes more refined,
more transcendent, more unified, more all-encompassing.
The recitation of the lokas, done with intent and clarity, prepares one for the
chanting of the Gâyatrî Mantra by harmonizing and attuning one with all the
worlds.

Body of the Gâyatrî Mantra:

The body of the Gâyatrî Mantra is written as:

The transliterated text is:

om tat savitur vareNyaM
bhargo devasya dhîmahi
dhiyo yo nah prachodayât

Swâmi Shivânanda's translation of the Gâyatrî Mantra is:

We meditate on the glory of the Creator;
Who has created the Universe;
Who is worthy of Worship;
Who is the embodiment of Knowledge and Light;
Who is the remover of all Sin and Ignorance;
May He enlighten our Intellect.

Here's a simple word-by-word translation:

Om - Om (Brahman, the One, the Godhead, Supreme Deity)
tat - that (referring to Savitri, Paramatma, God)
savitur - (mw1190) - Savitri, the Spiritual Sun (that from which all is born),
the One Light, the all-pervading Consciousness
O nourishing Sun, solitary traveler, controller, source of life for all
creatures, spread your light and subdue your dazzling splendor so that I may see
your blessed Self. Even that very Self am I!
Isa Upanishad (16)
vareNyaM - most excellent, adorable, fit to be worshipped, venerable, worthy of
being sought
bhargo - (mw748) - radiance, effulgence, splendor (the light that bestows
understanding)
devasya - divine, of the deity
dhîmahi - we meditate upon... or may we meditate upon, reflect upon, be devoted
to
dhiyo - prayer, noble thoughts, intuition, understanding of Reality (buddhis)
yo - he who, the one who
nah - our, of us
prachodayât - may he energize, direct, inspire, guide, unfold... or he who
energizes, directs, inspires, guides, unfolds

Short Closing:
bhûr bhuvas suvar om
Long Closing:
Om âpo jyotih rasomritam brahma
bhûr bhuvas suvar om
This beautiful closing pays tribute to the myriad forms of the One. A simple
translation is:
Om, the Water, the Light, the very Essence in which we exist, the Absolute, the
physical world, the astral realm, the mental realm, all are Om.

Daily spiritual practice:

The beautiful rhythmic patterns, soothing ancient sounds and powerful intent
make the Gâyatrî Mantra a magnificent part of daily spiritual practice.
The Gâyatrî Mantra combines the effects of mantric sound with the effects of a
deep and profound prayer, resulting in a combination which is exceedingly
potent.
As with all spiritual practices, this is a vehicle for intent. The stronger and
greater the intent, the stronger and greater the results.

You have analysed Wrong Nov 21, 2011

Most of the problems we face in life is because we analyze the situations wrong.
A child studies hard for his exams burning the midnight oil and still does not
get marks up to expectations. He feels the reason is that "Life is cruel".."I do
not get my due".. "My efforts are not rewarded", "I am not good enough".. This
is wrong! He needs to analyze the situation by the facts that he did not get
good marks because he did not write exams well, prepare and analyze answers the
right way and in the way the teacher expected.. Working hard is not important,
working smart is. An executive works hard to make his way up in the company but
every time finds someone else promoted and himself sidelined. He strongly
believes that "I do not get opportunities" , "I have to struggle in life for
everything". Understand this is wrong ! You did not get promotion because still
there is some qualification that you need to achieve to reach there. Maybe it is
communication skills or decision making powers or interpersonal skills or
presentation skills. Universe will always give you your due when you are
qualified. If there is a delay, you have to accept it as there is some lesson to
be learnt or there is a larger picture ahead. In God's kingdom delays are not
denials. But this negative analysis gets engrained into the subconscious mind to
such an extent that they become beliefs and actually start playing in day to day
life. Limiting beliefs serve as filters of your reality. The same situation is
viewed differently by different people. That's why the situation that you find
funny might be completely depressing to others. It's very hard for such people
to understand that the life that they perceive is only so because of their
limiting beliefs.
I remember a joke I heard in childhood. A researcher was studying cockroaches.
He cut off one leg and said "Run" and the cockroach started running with 3 legs.
Then he cut off the second leg also and screamed "Run" and the insect hopped
ahead.. Then he cut off the third leg and when after repeated shouting, the
insect remained immobile, he relaxed and wrote his Thesis " After cutting 3
legs, a cockroach becomes DEAF".

How To Recognize Limiting Beliefs

If you are in habit of often saying words like
"Life is …"
"I am a … person"
"Earning money is …"
"I cannot do this because …"
Then you should realise that it's a belief that you have. You cannot pass a
Judgement on life.. It is so dynamic that it changes moment to moment. When you
judge, you make a filter through which you see it in a limited manner.
You should also understand that every opinion and the way you see the world is
so because of your beliefs. If you don't like something, it means you have some
kind of limiting belief about that thing. If you find something depressing, this
is so because of your beliefs.
Some of the beliefs are hard to discover because they were formed at a very
young age. Some of your beliefs were taken from your parents however they keep
filtering your experiences their own way because you fail to notice and
eliminate them.
So to uncover your negative beliefs you have to pay attention to your daily
thoughts and if some thought is negative, ask yourself why you think in such a
negative way. This will uncover your belief.
Try to also remember what your parents used to say to you in the areas that you
are struggling with. If, for example, you have difficulties with money, maybe
your parents used to say phrases such as “Money is hard to earn”,
“Money doesn't grow on trees” or “I cannot afford this”. It
may take some time to uncover your beliefs, but it will be time well spent. The
quality of your life depends on it. Spend some time now uncovering and
eliminating them and you will improve your life experience to a great extent.
You have an absolute freedom to choose the way you want to live and you can
choose your own beliefs and ways to behave. You should hold responsible only
yourself for the person you have become. If you give this responsibility to
others, you lose the power to change your life. And that's not a wise choice to
make.
When you fully take responsibility for your own self and forgive parents and
other people that you used to hold anger/resentment towards, your limiting
beliefs that were transferred to you will dissolve. All you will need to do then
is keep reaffirming the opposite beliefs and Create your life the way you want
with awareness.

Exciting discovery of Gauri Shankar and Gayatri mantra Nov 22, 2011
The more I go deep into Gayatri mantra, more it unfolds its exciting mysteries
to me. Agreed every mantra has to be done with correct pronunciation otherwise
"miscommunication" happens, just like in real world.. at the same time, I also
believe that it is not neccessary to know the exact meaning of the mantra in
order to make it work. But yes intent of the mantra is important to get you into
that state. At the same time, I will immediately delete all emails who try to
scare people into believing that Gayatri mantra should be given by a Guru and
not chanted by ourselves. I never had a Guru and don't believe you need one
except your own Inner self.

I have shared earlier the profound effects I got with Gayatri mantra and I
chanted the Short version of it without the last line "Bhur Bhuvas Swarom"..
meaning I chanted from "Om Bhur Bhuvas... Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayat". I still
prefer chanting like this everyday as it enables me to complete 3 malas in a
decent time. Another thing I wanted to tell you was that the actual effect of
the mantra comes when you chant 3 malas of it, meaning 3 x 108 times. This takes
you into a deeper state of meditation. And now I want to tell you a very
important Fact.. "Gayatri mantra is the one that releases Limited Beliefs called
Karmas". It releases the Karma you have accumulated over several lifetimes and
which are residing in different planes.. hence we chant "Om Bhuhu.. Om Bhuva.. "
which signifies the different planes. I interpret the Gayatri mantra in short as

" All across different planes of my existance, I meditate on your Splendor and
divine light.. may my intellect expand to achieve that". When I chant the
mantra, I imagine being surrounded by a ball of white light.

Now Gauri Shankar Rudraksha works on this aspect of activating the release of
Karma accumulated due to previous births and future births.
Another type of Karma is Karma due to actions (Fears) in the present Birth..
This is called Kriyamana Karma. This blocks our chakras and does not allow the
energy of the different dieties (their blessings) to flow through us. For this
there are Gayatri mantras of different dieties. There is Ganesha Gayatri, Shiva
Gayatri, Laxmi Gayatri and So on.. I will write about that in another post. So
you need to chant the individual Gayatris to open those manjor or minor chankras
or WEAR THE GAURI SHANKAR CORRESPONDING TO THAT to get the effects. So 8 mukhi
Gauri Shankar representing Ganesh Gayatri, 7 mukhi Gauri Shankar is Laxmi
Gayatri, 14 mukhi is Hanuman Gayatri and so on. From now on, we will design all
Gauri Shankar Kantha of 32+1 beads having all possible mukhi Gauri Shankars so
that they work on most aspects of life.

Unless the Gayatri is chanted, the mantras of those Gods, do not give results if
your chakra related to them is blocked (you have some limited beliefs related to
that aspect). It is like you are inviting God,. but the door is closed. This
explains why some people are chanting mantras for several years, but do not
realise the effects. So chanting Gayatri mantra related to that God is a must.
Today I had a profound divine experience with this and hence this Post. I had a
severe Leg pain (blockage in Muladhara) since last 5 days which perplexed me as
I was unable to find the subconcious belief behind it. I was chanting Ganesh
mantras, but still not getting relief. Today I chanted Ganesha Gayatri
Om Ekdantaya Vidmahe
VakraTundaya Dhimahi
Tanno Danti Pracodayat

By the 106th chant, the pain left me as though it was never there. I feel so
light in my legs as I write this email.

So those who are chanting Indrakshi mantra, please chant 3 malas of this
Om BhasmaYudhaya Vidmahe, Raktanetraya Dhimahai,
Tanno Jwaraharah Prachodayat

Gauri Shankar and Gayatri mantras Nov 23, 2011

I am still enjoying the power of the different Gayatri mantras in releasing

bondages of Karma and opening gates to receiving blessings. Please note that a
10 mukhi rudraksha will work on opening the chakra and giving the required
fearlessness to act according to the voice of the chakra, but a 10 mukhi Gauri
Shankar will release the Karmic beliefs across previous lifetimes that blocked
the chakra in the first place and caused the lesson to take place. So the
specific mukhi beads are very much needed to open the chakras and empower the
wearer with knowledge required for keeping the chakra balanced. Thus a Gauri
Shankar Kantha having multiple beads of Gauri Shankar with different mukhis
would be the best option to spiritually elevate the wearer. Chanting Gayatri
mantras of the different Gods also helps a lot. I am finding that these mantras
are very necessary to get the power of the dieties by releasing the blocks that
closed the gates of energy. I am writing below some very powerful and popular
Gayatri matras. I suggest we incorporate these in our spiritual routines and see
for ourselves.

I am also writing briefly on what each will bless us with.

The pronunciations written below are accurate as per my knowledge. If all are
interested, I can chant these and upload online for you.

Gayatri Nov 25, 2011

Please read the article below carefully. Many secrets are revealed in this
about the functioning of Gayatri mantra. This shows us why we need to chant
Gayatri in order to reach divine energies. Day after day, I am being convinced
that it is the Gayatri mantras of the different Gods that give profound results
in this KaliYuga rather than praying to the Gods directly. In next post, I will
be writing mantras of many different Gods.
Gayatri is not some Goddess but is Adi Shakti that has manifested from Brahman
or God. Gayatri is the root cause or substratum of all material objects and
because of its existence there is movement, energy, advancement, inspiration and
conversion in the inert-conscious world. Just as the machine called radio in
one's house contacts the all-pervasive ether vibrations in the cosmos, which
helps one to hear radio broadcasts not only of one's own country but of other
countries too. Similarly when the soul force of an individual comes in contact
with the all-pervasive Gayatri of the cosmos, it understands clearly the
movements of subtle nature. And when one learns how to aptly utilize this subtle
Divine Energy as per one's will, one can attain all wealth pertaining to the
material world, psyche and the soul. The path that leads to this wealth is
called Gayatri worship. Many people opine that since our goal is attaining God,
vision of the soul and liberation while yet living, why should we delve into the
subtle nature of Gayatri? We should only worship God. Deep thinkers should
understand that Brahman (God in his all-pervasive soul form) is taintless,
untouched, pure, formless and beyond the 3 Gunas. Such a God neither loves
anyone nor hates anyone. He is merely a witness and cause of his creation. One
can never directly attain such a formless God because between God and the living
being (Jeeva) there is the intense veil of subtle nature (energy). In order to
go beyond this intense veil we will have to make apt use of materials of nature.
The mind, intellect, psyche, ego, imagination, meditation, subtle body, 6
Chakras (plexuses), image of our beloved God, devotion, sacred sentiments,
worship, vows, rituals, spiritual practices are all creations of Maya (God's
power of illusion). How can one attain the formless God without taking apt help
of all these? Just as in order to fly in air we need an air plane, in the same
way, in order to attain the formless God (Brahman) we will have to take help of
basic spiritual practices. One can attain formless God only after going beyond
this veil via Gayatri worship. The truth is this that the experience of
realization takes place only in the womb of Gayatri. After raising oneself
spiritually, one's subtle sense organs and its experiential power, too
disappear. Hence those who wish to attain God and salvation are known to worship
the admixture of Gayatri and formless God in the forms of Radhey-Shyam,
Seeta-Ram, Lakshmi-Narayan etc. A spiritual aspirant can fully merge with the
formless God when the formless God desires to become one with maya and thus he
encompasses all individual souls into its single formless nature. Before this,
all individual souls can only attain proximity, similar form and unity with a
God who has a name and form i.e. Saguna Brahman. In this manner we are forced to
worship the admixture of Gayatri with Brahman having a name and form. All those
spiritual practices that help in attaining such a God will be via the subtle
natured Gayatri. Hence it is not apt to think that in order to attain the
formless Brahman, there is no need of Gayatri worship. In fact Gayatri worship
is a must. If someone insists on ignoring or opposing a God with name and form
know for sure that that is his own opinion. But it is impossible to ignore the
Gayatri principle when one sets off to attain the formless God. Many individuals
say that we carry out spiritual practices ceaselessly. We do not desire any
fruits of our actions and hence why should we take help of subtle nature? Such
people should realize that although they have no desire for material benefits,
yet they do have the desire to attain God. One can never perform any action
without thinking of its results. Even if one gets something, the result will be
nothing but a waste of time and energy. The meaning of true desire less action
is with reference to divine Sattva Guna and spiritual desires. Such pure desires
come in the first leg Hreem of Gayatri i.e. in the Saraswati category. Hence the
worship of desire less sentiments is not outside the limit of Gayatri worship.
Scientists who have substantial knowledge of the Science of Mantra-chanting know
that it is chanted via the various organs of throat, palate, lips, teeth, base
of the tongue etc. When one chants a Mantra, the nerve fibers of all those
organs that manifest its sound, spread out in all corners of the body. In this
widespread area are present many glands which get influenced by the pure sound
vibrations of Mantra chanting. The body has many small/big, visible/invisible
glands. Great Yogis fully understand that in those sheaths there are many
special hidden storehouses of energy. The 6 Chakras (plexuses) pertaining to the
Sushumna (subtle spinal region) are well-known and there are many glands too in
the body. The chanting of various words (Mantras) influences these varied glands
and thus the hidden storehouse of energy in these glands get activated. It is on
this basis that Mantras have been designed. There are 24 letters in the Gayatri
Mantra. It is related to those 24 glands in the body which when activated,
radiate energies pertaining to light of pure thinking. By one-pointedly chanting
the Gayatri Mantra, the guitar of the body starts giving off sound vibrations in
24 areas and such tunes emanate, which influence the important elements of the
subtle world. This very influence is the casual influence of the fruits of
Gayatri worship. When you sing the Deepak Raag (an Indian classical music tune),
a doused flamed lamp is re-lit; by singing the tune Megh-Malhaar we can get
rain. With the sound of flute, snakes starting dancing, deer lose their
consciousness due to ecstasy and cows give more milk. When one hears a cuckoo
singing, our sexual passion is awakened. America's Dr. Hutchinson gained fame
when he succeeded in curing many incurable and painful diseases using music
therapy. Indian Tantriks play on a Thaali (big steel plate) placed on a big pot
with a special speed and this helps in curing patients who have been afflicted
by ghosts or bitten by venomous creatures etc. The reason being that the
vibrations of musical words take with it subtle nature along with atoms of its
own kind so as to circumambulate ether and reach its substratum center. Over
there one finds a special electrical force which tends to influence diseased
parts under special circumstances. Similarly this is the very reason why Mantra
chanting too gives amazing results. When one chants the Gayatri Mantra, a
similar special energy manifests. While chanting the Gayatri Mantra 2 parts of
the mouth are at work and it is over here that subtle nerve fibers activate some
special glands. When vibrations are sent out from these areas, a cyclic Yogic
music of Vedic meter flows in the ether principle and in a few moments bring
back the army of its similar nature which in turn has returned after having
circumambulated the cosmos. This helps us attain desired goals. The 5 elemental
(material) flows of the powerful vibrations of word-music and the sentiment,
spiritual endeavor, relationship based on worship of the subtle nature of soul
force makes Gayatri Energy so powerful that it is a great blessing for its
devotees. Man's body has untold extraordinary powers. This fact has now been
accepted by modern day scientists too. These energies are under the control of
certain glands/centers of the human body. Every letter of the Gayatri Mantra
helps in influencing one or the other important centers of energy. Just as when
you place your finger on a key of a typewriter and a specific letter gets typed,
in the same way certain words influence the energy centers of our body.
Following is a table that enumerates the relationship of every letter of the
Gayatri Mantra corresponding to a bodily gland and its energy. No. Letter Name
of Gland Energy present in the Gland 1. Tat Tapini Success 2. Sa Safalta
Enterprise 3. Vi Vishwa Nourishment 4. Tur Tushti Well-being 5. Va Varda Yoga 6.
Ray Revati Love 7. N Sukshma Wealth 8. Yam Jnana Radiance 9. Bhar Bharga Raksha
10. Go Gomat Intellect 11. Day Devika Sense control 12. Va Varahi Steadfastness
13. Say Sinhani Concentration 14. Dhee Dhyan Vital Force 15. Ma Maryada
Self-Control 16. Hee Sfuta Penance 17. Dhi Medha Far-sightedness 18. Yo Yogmaya
Awakening 19. Yo Yogini Creation 20. Naha Dharini Smoothness 21. Pra Prabhava
Ideal 22. Cho Ushma Daring 23. Da Drishya Discrimination 24. Yat Niranjan
Service Gayatri activates the above mentioned 24 energies in a spiritual
aspirant. These qualities are so important that along with their activation,
infinite number of prosperities, divine glories (Siddhis) and wealth is
attained. Gayatri worship is not blind faith but is in fact a scientific mode of
worship and one definitely benefits from it. Hence in Indian scriptures it is
called the Kamadhenu (wish-fulfilling cow) of planet Earth. In the Puranas
(Indian Mythology) it is said that in heaven, the demigods possess the Kamadhenu
cow. It gives nectarine milk and because the demigods drink it daily, they
remain contented, happy and prosperous. This cow has a very special
characteristic wherein if a person comes in its vicinity with some desire in his
mind, those desires are immediately fulfilled like the proverbial Kalpvriksha
(wish-fulfilling tree). Thus the Kamdhenu cow fulfills the desires of all who
approach it. This Kamadhenu cow is Gayatri. That man who worships the demigod of
this Gayatri Mahashakti of divine nature will definitely get the chance to drink
the spiritual milk of Gayatri Mata's breast. Such a person will not face any
hardships. The Soul is bliss manifest. Such a person's character is full of
bliss. As soon as sorrow is overcome, a person experiences his true soul nature.
He realizes that he is the cosmic soul and not the physical body that has a
limiting name and form. The demigods of heaven incessantly experience ecstasy.
In the same way human beings too can experience soul bliss while dwelling on
planet Earth if only all the causes of sorrow are destroyed. The Kamadhenu cow
in the form of Gayatri worship helps mankind to overcome all hardships.

Life - Part I Nov 27, 2011

Lot has been written about human birth and pain and suffering. Understand that
Pain and suffering is an unnatural state. The body has to do lot of effort to
cause pain.. headache/backpain/leg pains/stomach pains.. In natural state, the
cells want to be like a loosely laid rubber band.. flexible.. now think about
twisting the rubber band round and round.. how much effort is needed to keep
that tension is place.. that is what the body has to do to cause you pain. And
why this happens? Because what is happening in the real world and your
perception of what should happen is different and you are mentally protesting..
Say you feel you are earning less money that what you should.. Or you are less
appreciated that what you deserve to Or people are different than what you like
them to ideally be.. or you are getting less attention from your loved one than
what you would ideally like. This causes blockage in the chakras depending on
how you feel the protest.. If it scares you, you block the sacral.. if you feel
powerless about it, you block your manipur and so on. Now how to remove the pain
? There are two options 1) Either change your perception to match the world's..
means accept the money that you are making, or the appreciation you are
receiving with "acceptance" and gratitude and be happy about it, knowing that it
will become better in course of time 2) Or, take the responsibility to change
the real world to match your perception.. take actions to make more money or do
actions that will make you more appreciated or give you the kind of attention
that you want.. Once this happens, the twisted rubber will be back to its
original relaxed state.

Birth simplified

Without going into the deep mythological details, I would like to simplify human
birth with the following story. In the beginning all there was the Supreme,
Causeless, changeless Brahman.. ever pervading conciousness. That conciousness
decided to experience.. So gave birth to Adi Shakti which was his power or
active aspect which appeared as mind and matter.. Using this He created heaven,
earth, Skies, directions, time, language, senses, trees, planets, sages and
Gods. Then he realised that His creation was not expanding..So he decided to
create the Law of Polarity. He created Woman... He created desires and to
fulfill the desires, he created "Maya".. means attraction in the form of love,
lust, wealth, food, beauty, music, power, gratification and the beautiful world
around so that his creation remained intoxicated in this and did "Karma" or
actions to achieve this maya. All His creation was created by Him and was Him
and was finally destined to go back to Him. Now whether it came or went back,
the wholeness remained whole. The beautiful phrase below from ISa
Upanishad shows his
AUM
PURNAMADAH
PURNAMIDAM
PURNAT PURNAMUDACHYATE
PURNASYA PURNAMADAYA
PURNAMEVA VASHISHYATE

AUM
THAT IS THE WHOLE.
THIS IS THE WHOLE.
FROM WHOLENESS EMERGES WHOLENESS.
WHOLENESS COMING FROM WHOLENESS,
WHOLENESS STILL REMAINS.

So as a human what is our goal and purpose ? Well dears our main goal and
purpose is to live. And since we have already come here, better live happily :)
In this form we have 2 choices.. 1) either live (happily) or 2) give up the mad
net of maya and go back to the Supreme Brahman. In case of option

1) we have to learn the rules of life.. as this Supreme Brahman is super

intelligent and he has created rules for success in every field whether it is
health or relations or wealth or power.. learn the rules and play the game well.
To teach you these rules, several Masters have sprung up like Deepak Chopra,
Shiv Khera, self help books, Rudra Centre, counselling etc. The more you want to
be successful, the higher you grow in the ladder of awareness and conciousness..
as the Supreme Brahman is embodiment of success..You become better birth after
birth..lessons learnt in one birth are carried forward in the next birth as it
is the same soul through several incarnations.. and finally you end up being
Supremely successful and satisfied.. As you become satisfied, you fulfill that
desire and it gets dropped on its own.. and you start looking for another.. Once
you are fully satiated.. you have no "Karma" or desire left and thus no will to
continue and finally you merge with the Supreme Brahman. So this path can be
called Karma Yoga, means achieving Nirvana through actions.
2)Decide that you do not desire to create any Karma and take a short cut out of
this Net of maya. This is path taken by BrahmaKumaris, saints, rishis, yogis who
wear orange or white clothes and leave the society on their own. For this the
fire of Karma (desires) has to be doused by self introspection and awareness.
Since we are humans, we are born with desires. The first Karma is created when
we are born..because if we have a body, we need food, clothing, housing,
protection, love, needs etc. Another karma is created when we desire to get into
a relationship..because then we have additional responsibility of getting along
with another soul..another karma is created when we decide to start a family..
because then we develop more bondages and assume responsibilities with the
children we produce.. So we get into the race of providing for the bondages
around us and living in harmony and tackling all the challenges life brings..
Taking a short cut and dropping all this, means a lot of self control and
opening of third eye of awareness and understanding. Karma cannot be subdued..
just because we cannot handle life, we cannot run away.. Karma has to be burnt
and dropped by Understanding. This is the path of Gnyaya Yoga and Bhakti Yoga

No path is right or wrong.. It is your choice. It is your creation.

Life Part III - by Neetaji Nov 30, 2011

Life 3- Taking a short cut

There are those who decide to not jump into the complex matrix of Maya and lead
a life of renunciation. This can be done at any period of life and is not
necessary to be done at a young age. People who have retired and those who have
completed family obligations can also do this. For a person in family life, it
is a difficult choice but not impossible. Many Gurus and Saints have managed
family and this path together. Once you decide to go on this path, you have to
see that you do not create any Karma..meaning desire.. Even the desire to
achieve Moksha should not be there. So take life as it comes with acceptance.
Don't hold anything against anyone whether it a grudge or expectation,
judgement, debt or gratitude. Be an observer in life and not a participant.
Whatever you do, do with the joy of your being. Definitely since you have a
body, so requirement of food, clothing, care will be there and accept it as a
need and not greed. Be aware of any negative emotions or resistance welling
within you and by the fire of awareness burn it. Imbibe the qualities of
compassion, humanness, unconditional love, fearlessness, willingness and
acceptance. See that there is no unfulfilled desire within you.. if there is,
like travelling all over the world, or eating your favourite dish or having
modern luxuries then either fulfil it deeply within your being and drop it or
realise it with awareness and let it go. If you subdue or curb it, it will
create Karma of achieving it. I remember a story of a Guru who had done lot of
good deeds and austerities in his life and he along with his followers were sure
that he would reach Heaven. He had promised them that once he reaches there, he
will ring a bell so that they all know. While on his death bed, the Guru often
glanced at the apple Tree outside the window. The day he was going to die, his
eye caught a bright huge shiny apple through the leaves. He was amazed at its
beauty and a desire rose that he wanted to eat it. But alas he died without
fulfilling it and took birth as a worm inside the apple. So as the devotees
waited and waited and did not hear the bell, they started wailing and crying and
then heard the voice from the apple.
Awakening of the Ajna chakra is very necessary to achieve this state. Remember
the story of Shiva burning Kamadeva with the fire from his third eye. This
symbolises that when Ajna is awakened, desires can be burned.
At the same time don't think that this is a difficult path. It is a path full of
Joy. As your bring gets settled in your body and you realise yourself, you
awaken all your chakras and awaken Kundalini and the nectar that flows from your
crown keeps you intoxicated with extreme Joy and you achieve Unison of Shiva and
Shakti within you.

Human Birth - So Precious

Dears,
Now the question comes that do I have all the time in the world to attempt to
get Moksha? Well sadly we don't. We are just gives 7 lives. In these 7 lives you
can either take a shortcut as mentioned in previously or through Karma and Gyana
Marg evolve yourself to get it. That's why in Hindu marriages the couple take 7
rounds of the holy fire and also lovers resolve to be together for 7 lives...
because there are no lives after that..So what happens if you don't get Moksha..
well you fall back into the cycle of 84 million different species of living
beings in the whole of creation as follows:

•900,000 species of aquatic.

•2,000,000 species of plants.
•1,100,000 species of insects.
•1,000,000 species of birds.
•3,000,000 species of beasts.
•400,000 species of human beings

Every living being is a soul (including plants and animals) covered in a

material body. The soul takes one body then quits it to take another and so on.
Going through all the various species in the plant and animal kingdom (8
million) and then finally taking a human body. The human body is the highest and
most elevated of all bodies and it is the only form in which Moksha can take
place. So dears it is scary but understand that we have been squatted like a
mosquito, slogged like a donkey and butchered like a cow in previous births:)
According to the Vedas, there are 8.4 million species of life and the
conditioned soul is continuously passing through the different species according
to his karma, under divine supervision. The Bhagavad Gita (2.22) says that just
as one gives up an old shirt to put on a new one, the soul gives up an old body
to acquire a new kind of a body (vasamsi jirnani yatha vihaya). Thus there are
8.4 million (84 lakh) types of bodies, out of which the soul assumes a body at
the time of death.

We get information from the Padma Purana that the 8.4 million species of life
are divided into six groups, namely acquatics, trees, insects, birds, animals
and humans. There are nine hundred thousand (9 lakh) types of acquatics, two
million (20 lakh) types of trees, 1.1 million types of insects, a million types
of birds, three million types of animal bodies and four hundred thousand types
of human bodies. These aggregate to 8.4 million.

All the bodies within the ambit of the 8.4 million species are sure to
degenerate and ultimately die. Therefore one who is really intelligent
understands the futility of all the activities that one carries out during his
lifetime, the results of which will be finished at the time of death. Therefore
he tries to understand the real purpose of human life and when he makes such an
enquiry, God, Who is seated within his heart, guides him on the transcendental
path, where he understands that one has to get out of this cycle of 8.4 million
species of life. Once we reach the spiritual realm, there is no chance of our
falling back into the miserable cycle of 8.4 million species of life [yad gatva
na nivartante: Bg. 15.6]

Hinduism teaches that the soul goes on repeatedly being born and dying. One is
reborn on account of desire: a person desires to be born because he or she wants
to enjoy worldly pleasures, which can be enjoyed only through a body.

Hinduism does not teach that all worldly pleasures are sinful, but it teaches
that they can never bring deep, lasting happiness or peace (ananda). According
to the Hindu sage Adi Shankaracharya - the world as we ordinarily understand it
- is like a dream: fleeting and illusory. To be trapped in Samsara is a result
of ignorance of the true nature of being.

After many births, every person eventually becomes dissatisfied with the limited
happiness that worldly pleasures can bring. At this point, a person begins to
seek higher forms of happiness, which can be attained only through spiritual
experience. When, after much spiritual practice (sadhana), a person finally
realizes his or her own divine nature - i.e., realizes that the true "self" is
the immortal soul rather than the body or the ego - all desires for the
pleasures of the world will vanish, since they will seem insipid compared to
spiritual ananda. When all desire has vanished, the person will not be reborn
anymore.

When the cycle of rebirth thus comes to an end, a person is said to have
attained moksha, or salvation. While all schools of thought agree that moksha
implies the cessation of worldly desires and freedom from the cycle of birth and
death, the exact definition of salvation depends on individual beliefs. For
example, followers of the Advaita Vedanta school (often associated with jnana
yoga) believe that they will spend eternity absorbed in the perfect peace and
happiness that comes with the realization that all existence is One (Brahman),
and that the immortal soul is part of that existence. The followers of full or
partial Dvaita schools ("dualistic" schools, such as bhakti yoga), on the other
hand, perform their worship with the goal of spending eternity in a loka,
(spiritual world or heaven), in the blessed company of the Supreme being (i.e
Krishna or Vishnu for the Vaishnavas, Shiva for the Shaivites).

I found that mine was Cow Yoni. Now this Yoni is not necessary your previous
birth.. It would be the last birth before you came in human form.
Also you will find what is the type of person you have descended from. For this
all astrology reports have a Gana field. Either you are Manusya (Humanly),
Rakshasa (Less than Humanly) or Deva (Godly).
Vedic astrology describes Gana as below
1. Manushya gana
Vedic astrology says that people who are born in the Manushya Gana value
self-esteem. Natives of this Gana are usually blessed with wealth and they lead
an affluent life. People of this Gana have a good physique, tall body structure
and big eyes.

They possess attractive physique and the well-defined structure of eyes and face
enhance their beauty. The people of Manushya Gana have a warm and caring nature.
They are very helpful to the distressed people around them.

2. Dev Gana
According to Astrology people born in dev Gana possess many positive
characteristics. They are attractive with a nice physique. Dev Gana makes its
native intelligent and sharp. They are simple people with wise thoughts.

People of Dev Gana are compassionate and humble; their helping attitude towards
the disabled and the poor people is a prominent quality in their nature.

They help the distressed people full heartedly. The people of Dev Gana do not
have voracious appetites and are frugal eaters.

3. Rakshas Gana
People who have rakshas Gana as their birth Gana may have a stubborn and rigid
character. They act according to their will which sometimes may not be a good
decision. They have a hefty body and may be quite aggressive.

Also there is a way by which you can find which birth of yours this is. But I
would not like to disclose in this forum as some may liken me to a terrorist:)
I know mine is the 6th birth.

Your own Temple Dec 6, 2011

Are you one of those who return home late after a long day at work and then to
unwind take a lot of time with family and then relax with TV and by the time you
retire it is about midnight and then you need to wake up for prayers or Gym and
rush to work... then this email is for you.. I am also one of you in this and I
realised recently that how we abuse this temple of ours which is our body. Our
body needs rest of atleast 7 hours every night (it is 8, but I am discounting).
I was having pain in the calves and legs in the last 3 months and was sometimes
ignoring and sometimes wondering what caused my Muladhara chakra to get blocked.
It is just recently I realised that it is because I have started sleeping well
past midnight watching TV and reading. Then last week I decided to sleep early
for a couple of days because the pain was just increasing and immediately
noticed relief.. and yesterday when I was on way to Bangalore my feet were
aching again and then I realised that I was not being kind to my body.. I had
slept past midnight again and woke up at 4:00 to catch the flight.. So now I
have decided to respect this temple rest of my life and hence this post. Your
mind might be alert inspite of less sleep, but your body needs rest.. your legs
ache to say that they cannot carry you.
Watch what you eat..because tongue only knows taste and desires don't see what
all the stomach has to do to digest what you take in. So eat for stomach and not
for taste only. Avoid oily, heavy, spicy foods and needless snacking. And
alcohol, cigarattes are just abuse for the body. One thing I found is avoid Tea
immediately before or after food as it surely causes acidity. Also never eat
when you are not hungry as body is not prepared with digestive juices and you
will get acidity. Drink lots of water which may mean visiting Loo more often but
it will cleanse you. Some daily exercise is very necessary even if you are slim,
because the joints need exercise to remain flexible espc when our work style is
sedentary.
Also I find that we should apply lots of cream when we sleep at night in AC
because the dry air can suck away skin moisture causing wrinkles. Also avoid
washing your face with soap.. use something herbal.. I always use powder of red
lentils. Your face is what you show to the world.
And lastly allow some sunlight to fall on your body everyday. Because of our
lifestyle we are always packed in aircondioned homes and offices and rarely get
to see natural greens and sunlight.. But our body needs it.

Are you Spiritual ? Dec 6, 2011

There are 3 parameters with which you judge whether a person is spiritual or
not.
1) Physical health - Do you suffer from any aches/ pains/ discomforts? If NO,
you are on the right path.. If yes, you still have blocks to clear on this path.
Till you don't enjoy a perfect healthy body, you cannot be spiritual.
2) Mental health - Do you have cordial and creased out relationships with
everyone around (meaning none of them hurt you and you don't hurt anyone) with
your parents, your spouse, your kids, your colleagues and your boss? Do you feel
emotionally balanced and have control over your moods? If yes, then you are on
the right track.. else go back and solve all issues in these fronts before He
accepts you.
3) Readiness - Are you ready for everything? with No
choices/preferences/if's/buts/ego hassles in any aspect of life? If
yes..Great..you are on the right path. A spiritual person is always ready. He is
non judgemental.. He is simple..without ego.. just childlike in his outlook
towards the world and full of joy, compassion and love for everyone.

Gayatri mantras Dec 8, 2011

Gauri Shankar beads do not work on specific chakras to cleanse them. This is done by the individual
mukhis. All Gauri Shankars only work on Hrit Padma (Sacred Heart) to awaken the divinity within. This
chakra is also the venus chakra where Mahalaxmi resides. Wealth is the highest manifestion in this world
in my view and Mahalaxmi is appropriately seated below Vishnu who resides in the Anahata chakra above
this chakra. The name Laxmi comes from "Lakshya" meaning to Desire or Aim. So desires are born here.
At the same time, the different mukhis in them give them powers to release beliefs associated with
different chakras or different dimensions of our life so that the desires are fructified. They release limiting
beliefs associated with wealth or relationships and life in general. This is what Gayatri mantra stands for ..
Illuninating one's intellect to See the Truth as it is. I am writing below the Intention which one should

Need Help about Mantras to recite for deep trouble Dec 8, 2011

Thanks for your insight. I feel that such situations can be handled by first
realising the powers that you have over that person. He is saying that his
brother is in bad company, not guilty and at the same time non repentant even
though the family is selling property one after the other. At the same time we
cannot deny that the family loves him a lot and cannot throw him out or allow
him to commit some grossly act like suicide, theft or go in prison. I remember a
poetry in this
Humko Ko to Apno Ne mara
Gairon mein Kya Dum tha?
I was destroyed by my own people, outsiders never had that courage.

So it is your own children, spouses and Kins that can do this to you. So how to
handle a situation which is not leave it and forget it.
1) Realise you have power. Don't fret and fume and resort to accusations and
sorrows and fights. These just take energy.
2) Accept the person as he is and surrender to divine to illuninate his
intellect.
3) Nicely and sweetly take away whatever powers you have given him.. like money
and material things.. In his case any property or vehicle or account in his name
as you have to Pay off the loan. In case of children take away their mobile,
Internet access and TV card and credit card :)
4)Release all fears of Tantrums from the other person. Let him resort to banging
doors, huffing and puffing for a while.. although my experience says that the
moment you take away powers, the other party becomes weak. It is important that
you be firm and cool at that time.
5)Let the person repent or Sulk for few days and don't talk to him. Solve the
situation at your end for the mess that he has created.
6)Once you feel the time is right.. Hug the person.. tell him how much you all
love him and want him in your life.. But don't give him the powers. If very much
needed for basic survival, give him very minimal powers but with conditions. If
you melt and give away all powers in the false Illusion that the person has
changed, it would be a blunder. Being firm with a family person is difficult but
needed in these times.

This will help him come back on right track.
