Project Title: “Purification and Characterization of Human Parathyroid Hormone
(1-34)” done at VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD., Hyderabad.
Description: In this work I have done purification of Parathyroid hormone (which is
involved in bone morphogenesis and remodeling) which was expresses in prokaryotes
(E.coli) as fusion protein by using methods like Diafiltration, Reverse phase HPLC etc,
then characterization by SDS PAGE analysis.

Project Title: “Genotyping of Genomic DNA from Blood Sample in Disputed

Paternity Cases” done at APFSL, Red Hills, Hyderabad.

Description: The primary aim of this project work is to study the allele frequencies of
sixteen STR loci in disputed paternity cases by isolating the DNA from the blood sample,
quantifying and quality checking of extracted DNA, amplification of DNA by PCR.
