About Best Way Tools - At Best Way Tools we take pride in providing a large selection of high quality and

Hours and Shipping - Hours of operation are from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday. To place an order
please call, fax, or email. Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Best Way Tools is only able to
conduct sales with resale locations.

Guarantee - Tools are warranted to be free from defect in workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty
is: if the tool proves to be imperfect or defective under conditions of normal use, we agree to repair or
replace the tool. The tool must be returned to our factory prepaid. We do not assume any responsibility
for breakage where flaws or defects don’t appear in the tool and/or the tool has suffered abuse, misuse, or
neglect or has been marked with the owners name, altered or experimented upon. We also do not assume
any responsibility for normal wear and tear. Dealers are not authorized to make replacement.
We neither assume nor authorize any agent or other person to assume any further liability in
connection with the sale of our tools. In particular, we do not assume any liability for incidental or
consequential damages for breach of any written or implied warranty. Some States do not allow the
