Dear Ma`am,
Good day!
I have received your letter on Saturday 23 Jun 2018 calling my attention about my absence
from ASI Probationer course started from Feb 04, 2018. I was about to see you in your office on
30 Apr 2018 but since it was not right protocol as I have to wait for show cause notice then
present myself with reply. With respect I am bringing this to your knowledge that my daughter
was seriously ill (Thalassemia Patient) and I had to look after her as doctors strongly
recommended me to be with her. I went KPK to look after her but in between I tried to present
myself in Saeedabad Police Training Center but they did not accept me and advised me to
concern with your authorities but as my condition was not good due to my daughter’s sickness
and I was left with no option I went back, during my stay I call out SP Control to make me
present to SSP but he was in Sukkur.
