I, _________________________, of legal age, Filipino, with address

indicated above, after having sworn to in accordance with law, hereby understand
and agree that all records and documents of ______________________
(COMPANY) and all information, data, procedures or processes pertaining to the
business or affairs of the COMPANY1, along with its sister companies under the
Yanson Group of Bus Companies, or that of its clients are absolutely confidential
and I shall not disclose or divulge any such information or data to any person or
entity without the prior clearance of the President, Vice-Presidents or any of its
authorized representatives, provided said authority is made in writing, even after
the termination of my employment for a period of two (2) years thereafter. Breach
of this confidentiality shall render me liable for criminal and civil liabilities under
applicable laws and shall be a cause for the immediate termination of my
employment. In this regard, I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that when given access
to COMPANY’s database files, processes, financial information and reports, trade
secrets, documents, company protocols and practices, and any matter of
confidential nature, I shall:

(i) not at any time, or in any manner, either directly or indirectly,

divulge, disclose, or communicate too any person, firm or
corporation, government or private, in any manner whatsoever any
information concerning any matters affecting or relating to the
business of the COMPANY, including but not limited to, income,
financial statements, collections, BIR declarations and payments,

9. RB Yanson Resources Phils., Inc.
10. Countryside Food Resources, Corp.
11. Ceres Liner Travel and Tours, Inc.
12. Tree Kings, Inc.
13. Aninaw Foundation, Inc.
14. Camayaan Farms, Inc.
15. OVY Finance
16. GoodLife Lending Investors, Corp.
 capitalizations, statement of accounts, assets and liabilities,
inventory of real and personal properties, bank informations,
ownership of shares of stocks, contracts and agreements entered
into by the company, actual number of units, emails, programs,
any written document or its digital copies, telephone conversations,
the identity of any of its customers and contacts both in private
entities and in the government sector, prices at which it buys or
sells or has sold its products, the volume of sales it generates or
has generated, and any other information concerning the business
of the COMPANY or other data without regard to whether all of the
foregoing matters will be deemed confidential, material or
important. I hereby agree that as between me and the COMPANY,
important, material, and confidential shall mean that which will
affect the effective and successful conduct of the business of the
COMPANY and its goodwill;

MANDATORY GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DISCLOSURE

(ii) not use or reveal any individually identifiable information furnished,

acquired, retrieved or gathered by me or others for any purpose
other than those legally allowed or mandated by law through
statistical surveys conducted either under the mandate of a legal
authority or sanctioned by government authorities. In all cases,
however, the written permission must first be obtained from the
COMPANY through its duly authorized representatives. Provided,
further that such mandatory disclosure must first undergo
screening from the legal department and the VP concerned. Such
mandatory disclosure shall only be limited to those statistical
surveys which shall render the COMPANY liable for fines and
penalties in case of non-compliance or non-disclosure;

(iii) not permit access to confidential COMPANY-protected information

to persons not authorized by the management;

(iv) maintain and ensure the confidentiality of data;

(v) report any known instances of missing data, data that has been
inappropriately shared, or data taken off from the records or official
files;

(vi) I understand that any data sets or output reports that may
generate using confidential data are to be protected. I will not
distribute to any unauthorized person any data sets or reports that
I have access to or have accessed using confidential data. I
understand that I am responsible for any computer transactions
performed as a result of access authorized by use of log-in
accounts owned by the COMPANY;

I hereby certify that I have carefully read and will cooperate fully with the
above restrictions. I will keep completely confidential all information arising from
my employment with the COMPANY to which I gain access. I will not discuss,
disclose, disseminate, or provide access to data except as authorized by the
management, in addition, I will comply with any additional procedures established
by the COMPANY. I will devote my best efforts to ensure that there is compliance
with the foregoing protocols even by personnel under my supervision. I understand
that violation of this affidavit of non-disclosure is sufficient ground for disciplinary
action, including dismissal and shall render me liable for criminal and civil liabilities
under the applicable laws. The foregoing restrictions shall remain in full force for
two (2) years from date of termination. I also understand that violation of the
privacy rights of individuals through such unauthorized discussion, disclosure,
dissemination or access may make me subject to criminal or civil penalties. I give
my personal pledge that I shall abide by this affidavit of non-disclosure.

I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing statements

and that the same has been executed by me in my own free and voluntary act.
