1. I am the Corporate Treasurer of Paladins of Leadership and Wisdom Inc.,

a corporation duly organization under the laws of the Philippines with
principal office at 5th Floor Builders Center, No. 170 Salcedo Street, Legaspi
Village, Makati City, Metro Manila 1229, Philippines;

2. Said corporation was incorporated on February 18, 2016 with SEC

Registration Number 4/2015/00011056;

3. To date, the corporation has not conducted any business or operations to

produce any income;

4. The members and trustees of the corporation intend to commence

operations in the future.

5. I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the foregoing

and for the purpose of complying with the reportorial requirements of the
Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
