Bucket Program
Evaluation of cost savings potential and improved worker safety
Walter, working with our distribution partners, will place buckets in hand-picked locations
throughout our your facility. Over the course of the next few weeks, the used abrasives, brushes,
etc. are collected in orange Walter bucket(s). A Walter Representative will return to analyze the
bucket contents and will provide recommendations to help improve your production process
while reducing waste, scrap and any safety concerns as indicated by the way abrasives are
being used. The Bucket Program helps you to: reduce your abrasive costs, improve productivity
and encourage safer working habits to help you create a more efficient, profitable production
