NOTICE
Subject: Schedule of Progress Report I Submission for Integrated Project course - BE CSE Batch 2015 and 2016

This is in the reference to the notice uploaded on Chalkpad on 5th February 2018 regarding the submission Progress Report I of their respective
projects that the final date for the Submission is 22nd February 2018. The evaluation will be conducted in First Lecture of the day and will start at
9:00 AM. Students are required to report on the venue well in time.

Please note that:

1. The Progress Report Submission will be held in First Lecture only. Regular class work will start from 2 nd lecture (onwards) as per the
Time Table. Students are required to report in their regular classes from 2nd Lecture (onwards) as per their respective Time Table.
2. The Room-Teacher-wise seating plan is attached as Annexure 1. The students of BE CSE 2015 and BE CSE 2016 both are allocated
the same rooms as per their respective mentors. Students are suggested to check their seating plans carefully and report in the correct
room well in time. No late submissions will be entertained.
3. The Progress Report I submission carries the 10% of the overall marks (weightage) of the Integrated Project course. Therefore, students
are suggested to take it seriously and follow the deadlines. No late submissions will be allowed in any circumstances.
4. The students who are pursuing their IP under “Capstone” or “Nanodegree” vertical are not required to submit any report during the
First Evaluation. However, their names are included in the Annexure 2. Students need to check their names in the list and must report
to Dr. Sapna Saxena in case of any discrepancy.
5. The students who have not submitted the synopsis proposals as yet, are already awarded ZERO out of allocated 5% marks.

The format of the Progress Report I along with the rubrics of the evaluation is attached herewith as Annexure 3. Students are advised to go
through the format carefully and explain all the points clearly in their reports. The mentors have already been allocated to the student groups
therefore students are advised to meet their respective guides and take their guidance while developing the reports.
