Stage 3 – Action Plan
Actions:

English teachers coordination

- To create a warm atmosphere in the first meetings


 To provide all bilingual teachers with a folder with motivational quotes,
stickers, classroom language management, cover pages ideas for the
students’ notebooks, webpages suggestions, cut outs, foldables and
templates and printables for different festivals.
- To fill in short motivational questionnaires with questions such as:
 I wonder about
 I’m really curious about ....
 I want to learn more about ...
 An idea that I would like to try out in my class is ...
 Something I think would really make a difference in my teaching is ....
 Something I would like to change is ....
 I am unhappy about ....
 I am having trouble with ......

These questions would be answered through the Think – Pair – Share technique.

- Monthly meetings

advance
 To do Mindfulness activities at the beginning of every meeting (5-10
minutes)
- To set times to meet and reach agreements according to the school calendar

information about the units of every subject) and the link and password to access
the digital books.
- To remind the language assistants to check the school calendar (Drive)

- To set an introduction meeting of language assistants to all teachers


- To facilitate Spanish teachers with webpages with content on reading
comprehensions which have to do with the science contents theyŕe working on in
class
