• Designed fixtures using SolidWorks to help the welding and assembly of aftermarket automotive parts.
• Compiled and wrote an assembly list of their products.
• Conducted the product development process on aftermarket parts for the 2017 Ford Raptor and 2015 Ford
Mustang Ecoboost.
• Learned CNC Programming using HSMWorks and applied it to program custom fixture parts, billet
aluminum parts and custom tombstones.
• Learned to set up a three axis CNC Milling Machine to machine billet aluminum parts, custom aluminum

Product Development-Automated Shopping Cart Project
January 2017-May 2017
• Worked in a team of 5 to design and build an autonomous shopping cart.
• Utilized knowledge of sensors, automation, control, and motors to develop a following function that

• Utilized Creo Parametric to design 3D CAD models of key subsystems based on parametric and
embodiment design.
• Applied the entire product development process and applied my written skills by creating formal interim

DeWalt DCF815 Redesign Project August-


December 2016
• Worked in a group of 6 students to design a brushless motor for the DCF815.
• Utilized our engineering knowledge to optimize and existing brushless motor by changing the stack length,
wire diameter and number of windings.
• Applied ASME codes and manufacturing standards to our redesign of the DCF815.
• Created a 3D CAD model of the brushless motor using Creo Parametric and contributed to the written
report presenting the full analysis of the redesign.
