Since 2009 I have been tempted towards Open Source and GNU ideology. That makes me a diverse, creative
and a visionary idea at my profession. Between my journey in the field of computing is very Interesting, As i
have learned everything by my own . Many times i failed, of course, I'm human, i do mistakes but i do learn
from my mistakes. I'm Redhat and DB2 certified professional with over +2 years of experience in the IT
industry as Software Development Engineer Test, System engineer, and Technical consultant. I have
expertise in OS, scripting in bash and python. I have gain industrial experience working with Network Time
Foundation Inc, Afourtechnologies ,Thomson reuters corporation Inc and SAP. I'm quick learner, who is
willing to learn and deploy the knowledge quickly And willing to learn throughout my life.

Programming & Scripting:

Bash aka Shell script: Efficient in writing shell script to administrate Linux/Unix OS.

Operating System: I'm expert in administering all flavors of Linux operating system and Unix
• I’m aware of Virtualization with the hypervisor(KVM, VirtualBox, and Vmware).
• From file manipulation, Debian & .RPM repository handling, disk or block level administration and
creating chroot(jail) to run the application like databases , redmine, Apache server etc.
• Automate the process in deploying a cluster with minimal installation of OS, and Monitor those
cluster via ELK server with the help of filebeat(Logstash forwarder) inside cluster(Virtual Machine).
Here ELK stands for Elasticsearch Logstash and Kibana.
• Disk analysing, system hardening and Automating day to day task with crontab and shell scripting.
• Taking file level and disk level backups (Incremental, differential and Full) for database, application
virtual machine and hypervisor, with the help of scripts , rsync command and tar command to
archive the backups.

Python I’m aware about data structure, creating function, Error & Exception handeling, classes & objects,
worked on ORM(object relational mapper on Django and SQLALCHEMY, file manipulation, regular
expression & Automation .

Regular expression aka regex: I’m expert in writing regular expression in three Dialects:
• BRE(Basic Regular expression),
• ERE (GNU extended Regular expression) and
• PCRE(Perl(5) compatible Regular expression)

Databases : I have worked on MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, in the following ways:
• Automated the installation process of MySQL & PostgreSQL database with the creation of
specific user account and the database in Linux with the help bash.
• Taking hot backups as well as cold backup of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
with mysqldump , pg_dump and pg_dumpall commands.
• Writing scripts to convert Mysql data into PostgreSQL data i.e migrating from MySQL
database to PostgreSQL database. Upgrading the legacy databases

Networking: I’m familiar with IP ranges, dividing the network with subnetting.
I have worked with Application Layer protocol like :
SSL, - Deploying Secure Socket Layer Protcol on servers for HTTPS connectivity.
SSH - Installing Secure Shell on client & server to do encrypted file exchange and to do secure remote
administration. Familiar with DHCP, TLS/SSL, POP, IMAP
In Transport Layer Protocol
TCP/IP – how it works to communicate securely with other computers on internet.
UDP - Broadcasted the vidos through VLC with help of UDP protocol.

• Testing Unitrends Backup converges enterprise backup software.
• Testing Unitrends Backup .OVA/OVF file installation on Vmware Esxi and Xenserver.
• Testing the scheduled backup(Full, Incremental & differential) for Linux and Windows server
operating system.

Worked at Thomson reuters Ops & Data center. As a system engineer to monitor deploy scripts for
datascope select infrastructure., It was Tier 4 data center with 4 data center located wold wide.
Monitors Reuters tier4 data center infrastructure with following tools.
1. IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6.3
• Identifying triggered alerts for hardware failure, disk failure and network break down.
2. Autosys CA Technology Product.
• To monitor automated job control system which is used to do scheduling, monitoring and reporting
pricing jobs.

Worked on a SAP Cloud Ops & Data center as a consultant on payroll of bristlecone. The project deals with
EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) As a consultant i was assigned to monitor EDI transaction and perform
server side administration. The following technology and tools used:
• Suse Enterprise Linux(M@gicEddy was running as application software) We access it to check failed
transaction log. Also to check network connectivity.
