• Root Caused reloads and created dashboard to view daily reloads with Pareto chart for top 30
parts getting reloaded and other details.
• Created KPI dashboard for south-dock to view performance as per number of put-aways done per
hour.
• Headed a team of 5 interns, to adjust replenishment quantity for all General Assembly small parts
and adjust their demand counters.
• Kaizen to improve route utilization, put away process and develop standard procedure for General
Assembly Parts
• Created a dashboard to track trailer movement and inventory in warehouses

• Coordinated 12v battery testing to determine end of life behavior.
• Integrated JIRA and Confluence for creating a system to monitor retrieval of 12v batteries, to get
good samples for testing.
• Created Macro to reduce manual searching of excel files for a specific string and to search for
history of serial number in particular format.
• Created Macro to search for any string in excel and give hyperlinks to files as well as sheets.
• Created dashboards by writing custom SQL queries for
- Monitoring inventory of batteries and cells in the factory.
- Monitoring Supply Chain Status of lithium ion cells and other batteries.
- Monitoring rejection rate of 12v batteries from production line.
- Monitoring month-wise rate of vehicles coming to service centers for a 12v battery replacement,
so that old batteries could be retrieved and tested.
- Analyzing failure rate of 12v battery per 1000 vehicles in the field.

1. The first project was a research project where I am primarily responsible for using Matlab/R
to optimize maximum expected profit and assortment for selling different categories of product

results are obtained for different types of distributions like uniform, uni-modal etc.

2. The second project was database management and development of an interface to automatically
execute queries and get results. For this project, I am using Visual Basics, Visual Studio and SQL
server 2012.
