COMPANY PURPOSE:

TEAM PURPOSE: -Align, develop, capacity building, efficiency & competency management.
Direct team reporting will be functional heads and operations Leadership Team

JOB PURPOSE: -Drive SSS Group businesses and strategies expansion and diversification
of businesses, strive for overall sales growth plans and sustainability in automotive &
allied business prospect particularly in Upper Myanmar Region

REPORTING LINES:
Post-holder reports to: - Chairman
Staff reporting to this post: - Functional Heads, Department Heads of sales, marketing, after sales
service, branding & operations leadership team

BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY: - Drive approved yearly budget and deliver desired profit,

Major Accountability
 Evaluate strengths and opportunities in comprehensive automotive business in Upper Myanmar
versus SSS Group business plans and operational competencies.
 Evaluate automotive businesses within Myanmar and advise the steps to be taken to increase our
presence & reach to the customers.
 Evaluate organizations capabilities- sales & mkt operations, manufacturing capacity and resources
planning, brand visibility and provide strategy, vision & roadmap for improving organization
capabilities.
 Drive strategic business plans of sales, marketing, after sales service, branding operations and
leasing businesses & manage P&L
 Approve & drive quarterly, annual sales budget, branding & expenses budgeting and manage the
budget as approved
 Identify strategic locations for increasing sales & service network through tie-ups, third party or
through company investments/funding
 Responsible for taking all business decisions, lead and oversee the implementation of the
Company’s long and short-term plans in accordance with its strategy;
 To assess the principal risks of the Company and to ensure that these risks are being monitored
and managed;
 Strategy of expansion planning- competitive landscape, expansion opportunities, markets
penetration, new products, overall growth plans, etc.;
 Downstream Expanding into various automotive related services leveraging internal
competencies and resources with existing automotive brand partners
 Upstreaming -Capital investment on new showroom, service center facilities and support
manufacturing for capacity enhancements/ assembly facilities etc. together with OEM 3 brands
 Partnership/venturing – Explore avenues to increase spread over of our operations.
 Horizontal brand development -Extending value chain across other automotive brands (e.g.
spare parts, auto ancillaries, pre-owned vehicles sales etc.)
 Horizontal international development-Extending value chain across other ASEAN countries
leveraging industry knowledge
 Advise Chairman about any potential projects, investment plan which are most encouraging & are
extension of automotive value chain.
 To abide by specific internally established control systems and authorities, to lead by personal
example and encourage all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with all applicable
laws and the Company’s standards and policies, including its environmental, safety and health
policies.
 Lead a corporate social responsibilities (CSR) activities.

 Ability to decide about business projects and drive from scratch to operational.
 Shall be exceptionally focused on project timelines with harmonized approach
 Should be on top of industry trends an avid reader.
 Hires/Restructure/ deploy strong management teams and support them achieving their deliveries.
 Extremely good in managing & building top level team
 Collaborative approach
 High level entrepreneurship/business acumen
a. Graduate Mechanical/Automobile/ Industrial engineering with MBA from premier institutes

b. Over 15 years professional experience with most diversified automotive/engineering industries


who have track record of accomplishing business expansion and handled projects successfully.
