    One of the best loved and first planted grape varietals in the Napa Valley, Zinfandel is known for producing rich, spicy red wines. There are some old vine Zinfandel vineyards still producing wine grapes in California that were planted as early as the late 1800's. We will enjoy several great examples of this grape varietal, paired with a delicious multi-course menu by Wine Train Wine Director Ryan Graham and Executive Chef Kelly Macdonald. You will experience a night of luxury in our 1952 glass enclosed Vista Dome car on board The Napa Valley Wine Train as you enjoy the fabulous vistas of the Napa Valley glide slowly by.
