ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS, I was still allowed by the Graduate School of Cebu
Technological University , Main Campus, Through its Registrar with the concurrence of
the Dean to process my enrolment form and hereby agree, to the following conditions :

a. Knowing the importance of the above indicated requirement/s to my enrolment, I agree to

b. That, as an effect of being a temporary enrollee at the Graduate School of Cebu

Technological University, Main Campus, I waive my right to claim any scholastic
