Steps of using the ChaRM tool:

1) Requester create Request for change (RFC).

2) Change Manager review and approve the RFC.

3) Implementer Team Lead assign implementer to the RFC and creates TR.

4) Implementer build and perform unit test in Development client.

5) Implementer perform DGP (Downgrade Protection) check.

6) Implementer perform System Integration test in Quality client.

7) LEO tester perform user acceptance test (UAT) in Quality client.

8) Change Manager review and approve for release.

9) Change Manager perform DGP check

10) Release Manager releases the change.

11) BASIS Operator imports the TR to Production client and send documentation to
Release Manager.

12) Implementer confirm change.

13) Release Manager completes the change.
