Restore for Us All Blessings

Taken Away from Us

Dear God,
What a happy life, in thy presence,
Can we live facing these XYZ struggles ever since?

Dear God,
How do we overcome these XYZ struggles,
Hindering our progress ever since;
Emotionally, financially, physically,
And psychologically draining our utmost strengths.
How do you go about helping us overcoming it?
What do we do about it?

Dear God,
How did our forefathers wrong you, and,
Ourselves, how did we wrong you to deserve this?
We’ve tried every solution possible advised to us;
We’ve even tried those against our own will,
Not knowing also that they were against your ways.
We are repentant and pleading for your forgiveness.

Dear God,
Answer our prayers giving solution to our XYZ struggles.
Protect us against evil powers we have no control upon.
Guide us off the challenges hindering our progress,
Dubbed impossible to get through by our enemies.

Dear God,
Let our families, friends, and neighbors rejoice with us.
Restoring for us all blessings taken away from us.
Above all, restore and augment our faith toward you.
So we follow your ways and restore our confidence to you;
Drifted away by faults and turbulences imposed daily upon us.

Dear God,
Even in our transgresses after we’ve failed your commands,
Give us a reason to believe you are still there for us,
Standing by our side.

Dear God,
Destroy not the souls you’ve created but all that does not come from you.
Give answers to our prayers, with solutions to our daily challenges.
And fill our souls with your daily presence. Amen.
