Description
I will serve both internal and external customers in various working environments
and locations and participate in contribute to successful testing, repair,
maintenance or installation of all (Company or non-Company) wellhead and
Christmas tree equipments in a safe and competent manner, while maintaining a
high standard of professionalism and integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities
 Repairing & Maintenance of wellhead, Tubing Head spool, Christmas Tree components,
high-pressure Gate valves, Chokes, Casing hangers.
 Assures all equipment, service tooling and spare parts are on location and ready to use
and function fit prior to beginning each job.
 Records critical dimensions to ensure assembly will work and assists with the review of
product running procedures.
 Provides Project Support as required, for all new projects which includes: attending
design review for equipment and tools, reviewing installation procedures, assisting with
project Factory Acceptance Tests and reviewing project training requirements for service
personnel.
 Maintains communication with Company Representative on issues including job
procedures, spare parts requirements, function fit and critical dimension measurements.
 Provides sales support through quality customer interface and keeps customer fully
informed of all aspects of the job. Handles customer complaints in a professional manner.
 Completes Field Non-Conformance Reports (FNCR) forms as product problems are
encountered. Assures all equipment and procedural defects are communicated back to
Company Service Management.
 Prepares and submits Field Service Orders and other region required reports after each
job is complete.
 Understands and follows all Company and customer safety requirements. Proactively
pursues safe work practices and participates in safety training.

 Inspects and ensures that the correct equipment within his domain are available and in
good condition before installation.
 Maintains all tools and accessories used for installing plugs and testing wellheads and
Christmas trees and ensures that all the spare parts are available.
 Reports on defects or problems with equipment, in assigned areas and makes necessary
recommendation for improving the equipment and installation procedures.
 Discusses with service companies work progress and use of equipment and techniques to
cope with operational requirements.
 Updates standard designs, procedures and other related equipment requirements
 Conducts regular visits to facilities of equipment suppliers to ensure equipment are in
good working condition and to supervise maintenance work on Company’s equipment
 Drafts inquires for local machining of equipment, issues minor work orders and task
orders for the inspection/repair of relevant equipment.
 Provides technical and process information based on data collection / analysis of internal
and supplier material processes
 Leads / participates on teams for problems resolution and continuous improvement
projects using quality tools
 Work with and supports Supply Chain to ensure the suppliers are continuously providing
materials that conform to quality requirements
 Develops and provides training for quality tools, processes, and system
 Performs internal and supplier process and systems analysis / evaluations
 Performs supplier surveys / evaluations, corrective / preventive actions, qualifications,
and supplier management activities
 Develops and implements inspection & test sampling plans / work instructions
 Develops, implements, and project manages project plans (as assigned)
 Performs root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action
 Performs and / or participates in destructive and NDE examination analysis
 Performs tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisor or team leader
