11aaaaaaaSand mixer is a section of foundry machine, which is used for mixing sand

and other material. A sand mixer has 4 parts, a base, a stand, a propeller and a motor. The
base is circular in shape. It is 50 cm in diameters and 50 cm high. The colour of the base is
green and the mateial is made of iron, and the capacity is 50 kg in weight. The base is also
fixed to the stand. The stand is used to support the mixer stand. This stand is 50 cm high. The
motor is joined to propeller. The motor has 100 Rpm. The motor has 2 bottoms switches one
is for switch “on” and the other is for switching “off” the motor. The propeller is fixed to the
motor and the material is made of iron. The propeller consists of two blades with rotation like
clock wise.

To operate sand mixer is simple, but it needs right procedure and the ratio of
combined material of CO2 sand. First make a sure power cable is paired with a mixer sand,
secondly prepare a combine material silica sand 50 kg, break down agent 250ml, and water
glass 1200 ml. Break down agent is added to make CO2 sand easy to be broken, and water
glass is added to make sand CO2 fast reaction with a CO2 gas. Thirdly pour the sand to base of
mixer sand, turn on the mixer. Fourthly pour break down agent to base of the mixer about 30
second. Fifthly, pour water glass to base a mixer about 90 second and make a sure the
material smooth combine. Sixly open the gate of base the mixer to make a combine sand pour
to wheelbarrow. Finaly sand CO2 is ready to use.
