AFFIDAVIT OF NO LANDHOLDING

I, ERIC SEMILLA LU, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of Davao
City, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the transferee of a parcel of land embraced under TCT No. T-313656,

situated at Communal, Buhangin, Davao City, containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND SEVENTY TWO SQUARE (1072) SQUARE METERS, more
or less.

2. I have no other landholdings and that my total landholding does not exceed
five (5) hectares and that the proposed transfer is not intended to
circumvent the aggregate landholding ceiling rule.

3. I am executing this affidavit without any fraud or intent to deceive on my part

and I forever free any person from any liability that may arise from this
circumstance, and/or any entity, be it governmental or private.

4. I am therefore executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
and to apprise any person, natural and juridical, governmental or private of
such fact and for all other legal purposes that this affidavit may serve.
