INQUEST RESOLUTION

Respondent was brought to this office for inquest

investigation after he was arrested for the commission of the
offense as above captioned in a buy-bust sale, sometime on
June 29, 2018, at around 12:15 noontime, near the Palawan
Pawnshop at Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Palo, Leyte by a joint team
coming from PNP Station, Palo, Leyte, PNP Provincial Office,
San Jose, Tacloban City and PDEA RO-8, Tacloban City with
the aid of a confidential informant.
