You are working as a Director of Project Operations in a construction company. There are ten experienced Project Managers working as your immediate sub- ordinates. Each of them is in-charge of two to four on-going projects. It is important for you that the Project Managers remain with your company and work effectively in their respective projects.

Taking this scenario, explain how motivation theories could be used in order to maximize engagement and good performance of the Project Managers. Use two motivation theories – one content theory and one process theory – for your answer.
