 Sensitive to sound/echoes
 Complains about the acoustics of the room repeatedly
 Gaze is fixed towards the psychologist
 Repeatedly apologizes when she does not understand or she gives the wrong answer
 Reiterates the directions for clarity before doing it
 Fingers are fidgeting
 Taps the psychologist on the shoulder

 Mr. xxxx speaks very slowly and softly

 Questions are answered after a while
 Some questions are unanswered, unless prompted again by the Psychologist
 Randomly softly claps in the middle of tasks
 Cannot follow simple instructions such as closing one’s eyes
 Looks around the room, gazes and focuses at different objects or people during therapy
