RE: Encounter with corporate representative and reach of constitutional representation

Dear Occupant,

I recently had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with many council-persons, most recently Dave Neumann and I had
the chance to briefly discuss councils representation among other important subjects.

During our short discussion Mr. Neumann claimed that He was my Councillor, I immediately took exceptions to Mr.
Neumann's claim, I asked Mr. Neumann if he as a Canadian citizen can represent a Kanienke'haka (Mohawk).

The Association has developed a shortlist of questions that we would like the CEO of the Corporation of the City of
Brantford to respond to. These answers are critical in developing an understanding of the nature and limits of your official
representation.

1. Does the Office of Mayor and/or Council of the Corporation of the City of Brantford represent Kanienke'haka
(Mohawk).
2. Do Kanienke'haka (Mohawk) Qualify to vote or become elected in the municipal elections.

I would like to arrange an appointment to discuss some common concerns and new ideas.

Please would you indicate a suitable time and place to meet?

As previously stated that: "These answers are critical in developing an understanding of the nature and limits of your
official representation."

Not only are your answers critical, they are a prerequisite in achieving the charter goals of the association, not knowing
the nature and limits of your Official representation may put our members in harm's way.

Empowering the people who LIVE, WORK AND PLAY in the Haudenosaunee & Raseron:ni community to
realize their full potential.
4. Improved communication and representation of community
Encouraging active engagement and effective communication within the community so that the needs of the
neighborhood are properly understood and addressed.
5. Neighborhood Design
Working to establish a physical environment that prioritizes HEALTH, SAFETY AND SUSTAINABILITY.
6. Working together to help each other
Unifying residents and organizations into a cohesive team that encourages people to contribute to the community
