Ghorepani Poonhill Trek

Overview

The Ghorepani Poonhill trek holds the most captivating adventure trekking with the views of Annapurna region, which is
also one of the nearest places to Himalayas. Far from city pollution the Ghorepani Poonhill region is located inside the
Annapurna Conservation Area. The highly occupied village at the elevation of (2874) meters is home to Magars and
Gurungs having many lodges where travelers can get rest and have a meal. The Ghorepani village is the journey to
Poonhill viewpoint with 45 minutes of walk, which situated at the elevation of (3210) meters, consisting beautiful
scenery, welcoming locales and traditional villages, mesmerizing surrounding of beautiful green mountains. The
Ghorepani Poonhill region is undoubtedly a beautiful place with green nature along with captivating surrounding of
green mountains like: Gangapurna, Machhapuchhre, and Dhaulagiri with white Himalayas of Annapurna.

The closet big city of Ghorepani is pokhara, with stunning views of lakeside and surrounded by beautiful range of
Himalayas which can be observed by travelers. The Ghorepani is an excellent green town which can be reached in 10
hours in a row forward walking by experienced trekkers from the town of Birinthati. The general trekker takes moderate
pace by beginning trekking from Nayapul at the point taking rest at Birinthati. At that point they begin trekking towards
Ghorepani where they can take rest on the way as the trekking trail is loaded with lodge and hotels for pleasant
trekking environment. From Ghorepani early morning move to the Poonhill (3210m) to see sunrise and can appreciate
the panoramic view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain extend including Churen Himal, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri,
Annapurna south, Himchuli, Gangapurna, Machhapurchhre Himal and Kaligandaki Gorge. After amazing view of

Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345m)

As soon as you arrived in Kathmandu, there you will meet our Airport Representative and will transfer you to a hotel by
private visitor vehicle. At night you will be welcomed by traditional Nepali meal.

Day 02: Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.

Next morning, after breakfast you will leave for a whole day visiting around Kathmandu valley. You can visit sacred
Pashupatinath Temple and swyambhunath, especially old and fundamentally enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage
Sites.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara(910m) 5/6 hrs

Starting early in the morning your trekking guide will come pick you up .While travelling you will witness stunning views
of Trishuli River along with some scenic foothills. You will able to view Annapurna and green Hills with many small
villages. From Kathmandu to Pokhara is about 206km. You will be served with breakfast and lunch on the way. We can
provide private vehicle, if you want. It is considerably more comparable for your driving.

Day 04: Drive to Birethanti 1 hrs, and trek to Ulleri (2073 m) 4 hrs

After finishing your breakfast, following a hour drive to Birethanti, a substantial and prosperous town next to the Modi
River. You head up the primary trail to Ramgai and Sudame where you climb step by step up the side of the valley,
achieving Hile (1495m) preceding pushing on to Tikhe Dhunga(1575m), from here the trail crosses a stream (Bhrungdi

Day 06: Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (2520m).5 hrs

gives an unhampered perspective of sunrise over the high Himalayas. From here you can see the sunrise as well as

Day 07: Tadapani to Ghaundruk (1950m) 4 hrs

arriving in Kathmandu we check in the hotel and meet at the trekking office for your trip review..

Day 10: Transfer to international airport for your final departure.

Our Airport Representative will drop you to the Kathmandu International Airport for your flight takeoff from Nepal.
