Aliansi Satu Visi (ASV) or One Vision Alliance is a network of non-governmental organizations

(NGOs) that was formed in 2010 with the aim of ensuring fulfilment of the sexual and
reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for young people, women, and other groups that suffer
injustice towards their SRHR. Currently ASV has evolved into a stronger and wider network
with 22 members which spread across 9 provinces in Indonesia. ASV members are engaged on
the issue of SRHR and Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) in local as well as national
level.

Under the Strategic Plan 2017-2020, one of the workplan of the alliance is to develop SRHR
database system that can capture SRHR situation in Indonesia. This data will be analysed to
produce annual report of SRHR situation. This publication is expected to enrich the available
references on SRHR related in Indonesia from the perspective of CSOs. East Nusa Tenggara
(NTT) province was chosen for data collection given the various existing SRHR problems that
will enrich the development of indicators and data collection process.

Position: Project Officer for SRHR Database and Annual Report

The PO is responsible to assist the One Vision Alliance and stakeholders throughout the process
of the development of SRHR database and annual report.

Tasks and responsibilities

1. Conduct desk research to identify existing sources of data/information, indicators and


tools/instruments on SRHR issues;
2. Assist the ASV working group to develop the database framework, reporting tools and
mechanism to capture SRHR issues in Indonesia;
3. Assist the ASV working group to coordinate with stakeholders;
4. Assist the ASV working group to conduct workshops and meetings;
5. Arrange field work accommodation and travel;
6. Assist the local partners in data collection, also manage the related cost of this activity;
7. Assist the ASV working group to analyse the qualitative and quantitative data;
8. Presenting preliminary findings to ASV working group;
9. Assisting the ASV working group to write progress and final report of the project.

Accountability

1. The Project Officer is contracted by a host organization (Instituta Hak Asasi Perempuan –
IHAP), which is one of the alliance members;
2. The Project Officer is a part-time position;
3. The Project Officer will work closely and under supervision of the Director of host
organization;
4. The Project Officer is accountable to the board of ASV and for daily management issues
coordinates with the host organization.
Requirements and skills
1. Based in Jakarta or Kupang;
2. Ability to travel to and stay in NTT during the data collection phase;
3. Good verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
4. Minimum 1 years of work experience in the field of SRHR;
5. Minimum S1 degree from relevant background (public health, international relations, law,
political science, communication and other social and humanity studies);
6. Experience with networking and lobbying at local or country level;
7. Have positive attitude toward sexuality and meaningful youth participation and youth-adult
partnership;
8. Strong administrative and organizational skills;
9. Self-confident, persistent and decisive, good listening capacity, assertive, and flexible;
10. Young people are encouraged to apply.

Aliansi Satu Visi (ASV) atau One Vision Alliance adalah jaringan organisasi
non-pemerintah (LSM) yang dibentuk pada tahun 2010 dengan tujuan untuk
memastikan pemenuhan kesehatan dan hak seksual dan reproduksi (SRHR) untuk
kaum muda, perempuan, dan kelompok lain yang menderita ketidakadilan terhadap
SRHR mereka. Saat ini ASV telah berkembang menjadi jaringan yang lebih kuat
dan lebih luas dengan 22 anggota yang tersebar di 9 provinsi di Indonesia.
Anggota ASV terlibat dalam isu SRHR dan Sexual and Gender-Based Violence
(SGBV) di tingkat lokal maupun nasional.

Berdasarkan Rencana Strategis 2017-2020, salah satu rencana kerja aliansi tersebut adalah
mengembangkan sistem database SRHR yang dapat menangkap situasi SRHR di Indonesia. Data
ini akan dianalisis untuk menghasilkan laporan tahunan situasi SRHR. Publikasi ini diharapkan
dapat memperkaya referensi yang tersedia mengenai SRHR yang terkait di Indonesia dari
perspektif OMS. Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dipilih untuk pengumpulan data
mengingat berbagai permasalahan SRHR yang ada yang akan memperkaya pengembangan
indikator dan proses pengumpulan data.

PO bertanggung jawab untuk membantu Aliansi Satu Visi dan pemangku


kepentingan selama proses pengembangan database SRHR dan laporan tahunan.

Tugas dan tanggung jawab

1. Melakukan penelitian deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi sumber data /


informasi, indikator dan alat / instrumen yang ada pada isu SRHR;
2. Membantu kelompok kerja ASV untuk mengembangkan kerangka database, alat
pelaporan dan mekanisme untuk menangkap isu-isu SRHR di Indonesia;
3. Membantu kelompok kerja ASV untuk berkoordinasi dengan para pemangku
kepentingan;
4. Membantu kelompok kerja ASV untuk melakukan lokakarya dan pertemuan;
5. Atur akomodasi lapangan kerja dan perjalanan;
6. Membantu mitra lokal dalam pengumpulan data, juga mengelola biaya terkait
kegiatan ini;
7. Membantu kelompok kerja ASV untuk menganalisis data kualitatif dan
kuantitatif;
8. Menyajikan temuan awal untuk kelompok kerja ASV;
9. Membantu kelompok kerja ASV untuk menulis kemajuan dan laporan akhir proyek.
