Hi my friend .

I am Rodney GASIC DALUMPINES,

18 years of age,
a grade 12 student
Studying at BACO CATHOLIC SCHOOL,
Taking up the strand of GENERAL ACADEMICS.
I am under the supervision of my sexy, beautiful, smart, caring and supportive adviser, Ms. Vienna
Austria.
My favorite subject is SCIENCE not only because I want to be knowledgeable in some discoveries that
SCIENCE can only give answers but also it makes me open minded to some different things that needed
a wide explanation.
You know my friend, they always keep telling me that I am TELENTED . But ofcourse I do not believe
them. Is it because I can SING and at the same time I can dance I am that TALENTED? Small thing!
Chaaarrr HAHA . I am over whelmed ofcourse and as having this kind of talent, I must be humble .
Psshhh, don't tell it to others huh but it really increases my self confidence HAHA .
My friend, don't you know that I want to be a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT someday? Even though I
am not good in mathematics, I still want to persue my dream and reach this profession. But ofcourse it is
not that easy to achieve. There are lots of hardships and challenges that I must overcome. Yes, there is
always a hindrance before you achieve what you aim. But sometimes we have to take risk because
things that we know we have exerted an effort makes us really feel the true essense of VICTORY. And as
what other says, once you achieved something which you know to yourself that you did not exerted an
effort will be lost to you in a short period of time. So it is obviously nice to take the path where you can
reach your long and lifetime achievement.
Speaking of profession my friend, let me tell you a story about a good experience I have ever
encountered.

It was a nice day when we suddenly heard about the semi "On Job Training" or what we called
IMMERSION. Me together with my classmates are so happy and yet excited because in the first place,
this will be our first time to experience what On Job Training is. As the time passes by, our dear
instructor Mr. Jay M. Rabano informed us to what requirements we will be needing in order to be hired
on what job we are applying. The portfolio I have prepared contains these following:
Barangay Clearance
Judge Clearance
Police Clearance
Mayor's Clearance
Resume
Application Letter
After accomplishing these papers needed, I realized that in real life situation, searching and applying for
a job is not that really easy so that in the near future if we applied a job we should love it because it is
not that easy to achieve. And as I experienced, in the very first part of applying a job— processing of
papers needed, I was exposed in assessing papers which made me feel haggard and frustrated
throughout the way doing these paper works. But once you accomplished all the papers needed, it
seems like you felt so relieved like there was a large thorn crossed in your throat and has been removed
because after all the suffurings, waiting, especially the haggard moments that you encountered, you
finally meet success. Yes it was tiring yet memorable experience but it's okay atleast I have been
exposed to that situation so maybe next time I will be knowledgeable in that specific thing.

And finally my friend, we are almost there. But before we happened to start the immersion, we are
being oriented by our instructor according to what behavior we must have inside the organization we
will enter. The MANNER which is very important when we are involving in an organization, PROPPER
DRESSING which will be fitted to what organization we belong , DAILY TIME RECORD (DTR) which deals
with the time we should enter and the same time count of hours that we should be accomplished.

Let us move on my friend. My ten days of immersing starts here.

DECEMBER 6, 2017
Before the day of our immersion, we were adviced by our instructor Sir. Jay M. Rabano to go to school
first 7:30 in the morning for the orientation with the principal and the other councils. In that morning,
there was something happened which might lead us for not to go with our immersion due to improper
clothes of some of us. So that the principal decided to send us home but before that she told to our dear
instructor to let us meet the organization we belong.
When we're there, Ma'am Emily the head of HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) OFFICE decided to allow us to start
our immersion that day so that we are glad and yet feel excited. But before we send to our respective
offices, we happend to have again a short orientation towards the rules, regulations and policies of their
department.
After that, we finally met the organization we were assigned which was the TREASURER'S OFFICE and we
introduced ourselves to them and they do the same. The organization head of this office is Mr. Catalino
Caguete.
