I am writing in behalf of my client John S. Teddy, formerly Juan Dimatinag. John S. Teddy had
been a member of the Board of Directors of Grabland Realty Incorporated and managed its
affairs from 2000 to 2010. He resigned on October 31,2010 after he received Board Resolution
No 10-31-10 series of 2010 allowing the payment of his unpaid salary since 2000 the amount of
Php 12,000,000 by delivering the following properties as payment in lieu of cash:
Please note that the title to Unit 3 and 4 of High Rise Condominium was never delivered to John
S. Teddy.
In relation to this, my client John S. Teddy wishes his properties covered by the said Board
Resolution to be consolidated under his name. We would like to request your good office to act
on the transfer. We are giving you 60 days from the receipt of this letter to have the titles
consolidated to John S. Teddy’s name or else we will be constrained to seek other legal
remedies to consolidate John S. Teddy’s ownership over the properties covered by Board
Resolution No. 10-31-01 Series of 2010.
We are willing to cooperate and coordinate with your good office should you need necessary
documents and assistance from us. Attached with this letter are the copies of the said board
resolution, titles to Unit 1 and 2 HRC copies and a copy of OCT No.3 and the Notarized Deed of
Sale dated January 12,1997 executed by Pedro Lako.
