Terms:
1) Minimum order is $ 20.00
2) Rush orders will incur a $ 10.00 rush charge.
3) All open accounts are due Net 30 days unless otherwise specified. A monthly service
charge of 1.5% will be imposed on any overdue balance for all terms.
4) All orders are subject to the approval of the GNC Industries, Inc. Credit Department
and require written order confirmation. All sales of goods shall be made subject to the
terms and conditions of sale in effect at the time of shipment.
5) All returned checks will be charged a $ 25.00 fee and the account maybe placed on a
“cash only” basis.
6) Prices are subject to change without notice
7) All prices, quotations, shipments, and deliveries are F.O.B. GNC Industries, Inc. plant.
Return:
1) No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
2) No returns will be accepted without a return goods authorization number (RGA)
3) A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items unless otherwise speci-
fied.
4) Credit will not be issued on used equipment and/or parts.
5) No cash allowances are made on returned items. Credit will be applied to future pur-
chases.
6) Custom equipment is not returnable or cancelable once the order is placed.
7) Non-Stock Customer ordered items are not returnable or cancelable once the order is
placed.
8) Credit will only be issued after a GNC inspection. All returned items must be received
unused and resalable condition.
9) Customer will be responsible for all outbound and inbound freight charges on returned
items.

WARRANTY
GNC Industries Inc. products are warranted by GNC Industries, Inc..

GNC Industries, Inc. will repair or replace (at GNC Industries, Inc.’s op-
tion) any part or assembly, free of charge, if that part or assembly fails
within twenty four months (2 years) from the date of purchase, provided
the failure is due to an unmistakable defect in material or workmanship
and not a result of misuse or lack of proper maintenance.
No allowance will be made for consequential damage, labor or ex-

penses incurred as the results of a proven defect. In no event will GNC
Industries, Inc. be liable for any loss of profits or other consequential
damages, even if GNC Industries, Inc. has been advised of the possi-
bility of such damages.
Component parts (including but not limited to hose, hose reels, fittings,
filters, tanks, engines etc.) that are manufactured by other vendors, will
be subject to the warranty terms of their manufacturer.
GNC Industries, Inc. assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries

resulting from maintenance or adjustment of product while product is in
operation.
Since GNC Industries, Inc. has no control over the operational tech-
niques or chemicals used, GNC Industries, Inc. assumes no liability for
the consequences of the use or misuse of any equipment by the Pur-
chaser his employees or others.
Maximum operation speed and pressure is specified in individual and

applicable instructions.
GNC Industries, Inc. reserves the right to improve any product without
being obligated to provide that change on equipment sold and/or
shipped prior to the product change.
Modification of equipment voids all warranties written or implied.

GNC P-SERIES FEATURES AND BENIFTS

304 Stainless Steel Frame No Paint. No Rust. Light Weight. Many years of No Maintenance. Hose reel mount is
pre-drilled for multi-positioning of hose reel. 2 Year Warranty.
GNC P10 Triplex Pump No diaphragms to rupture contaminating the oil. Never have down time due to rup-
tured diaphragm. Pump output volume is not changed by pressure vs. roller, dia-
phragm, & centrifugal pumps. Built-in unloader valve to unload pressure for ease of
starting and agitation. Minimum downtime to repair pump. 2 Year Warranty.
Locking Tank Lid Lid is large enough to allow person to work inside tank if ever necessary for cleaning.
Lid meets locking system required in all 50 states. Lid is hinged, preventing loss.
GNC Backed Engines 2 Year Replacement Warranty on all engines (Honda & PowerPro) used on GNC
sprayers. Each engine comes with an oil drain hose with simple open and close
valve.
Tank Allows full vision through rear window. Has a built-in sump for pumping the tank
empty.
Suction Line/Shut Off Valve Allows cleaning of suction filter with full tank. Allows pump maintenance with full
