STUDIO POLICY AND AGREEMENT

1. Lesson Schedule

Private individual lessons are conducted on a weekly basis, for either 30 minutes to 45 minutes,
depending on the assessed level and development of the Student. The length of the lesson remains
the same, regardless of tardy arrival by Student. Each student is designated a specific, ongoing
weekly day and time for lessons which has been reserved exclusively for Student. Students are
expected to attend all scheduled lessons, unless otherwise arranged in advance with the Studio.

2. Make up Lesson

An absent due to Illness, accident, or family emergency is excused provided the teacher is
notified at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons missed due to family vacation are excused
provided notification is given at least 1 month advanced. It is student responsibility to sign up
for a makeup lesson time if desired; however make up lesson cannot be guaranteed due to the
teacher’s limited availability.

3. Teacher Absences

The teacher reserved the right to miss lessons due illness or professional commitments. The
teacher can hire a substitute teacher or reschedule such as lesson.

4. Practice

The piano should be located in a quiet room away from the distractions. Students are required
to a minimum of five days per week and meet the minimum practice time requirement as
determined by the teacher

5. Parent Participation

Parents are encourage to attend and quietly observe lessons once a month if they so desire. The
teacher reserves the right to ask the parent not to attend if the parent’s presence alters the quality
of the lesson. Parents are ask to encourage students and to be active participants during piano
practice at home
6. Payment Method

Payment should be made at the day that the teacher and the student or guardian of the
student agree. Payment could be per session or once a month according to the discussion
between the teacher and the student or the Parent/guardian of the student.
1 session – 450 pesos (30 minutes to 45 minutes)

4 session – 1,800 pesos (30 minutes to 45 minutes)

5 session – 2,250 pesos (30 minutes to 45 minutes)
