The Terms of Reference (TOR) shall detail the terms of engagement and the expected deliverables that
the assignment entails. This includes among other the following:
(i) The time span for the project or assignment being considered
(ii) The expected outcomes that the client expects
(iii) The objectives of the survey/ analysis or consultancy
(iv) The costs and terms of engagement including the fees payable upon delivery of the
services sought
(v) The scope of the assignment including the areas of capture that the client wants
undertaken.
