Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, we are pleased to issue this purchase Order for supplying of the
following product for RPCL-Raozan 25 MW Dual Fuel Power Plant as per following terms and
conditions:

Total Price (in words): Twenty Eight Thousand Taka Only (Including VAT & Tax).
Terms & Conditions for Supply of Goods and Payment:
1. Delivery point: Delivery shall have to be made by you up to Nasirabad/Kazir Dewri Branch,
Chittagong via SA Paribahan at your own cost.
2. Delivery Period: 100% Supply of the items shall be completed within 07 (Seven) days from the
date of issuing of a purchase order.
3. If the goods are found to be defective or otherwise not in accordance with the specifications, the
RPCL may reject the supplies by giving due notice to the supplier with reason.
4. Payment: 100% (Hundred percent) Payment will be made by Account Payee Cheque after
satisfactory delivery of goods and getting Material Receiving Report & Quality certificate from
Raozan power plant.
5. VAT & Tax will be deducted at source from the invoice/bill as per GOB rules.
6. Two copies of challan and Two copies bill addressing to the Executive Director (Engineering),
RPCL, House# 19, Road# 1/B, Sector# 9, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka-1230 shall have to be
submitted with the items.
7. If the supplier fails to supply the materials within the delivery period 07 (Seven) days from the date
of issuing purchase order then liquidated damage will be imposed 0.1% (Zero point one percent)
per day but not more than 10% of the value of goods remains undelivered within the delivery
period.
