to the 90485 Module Housing.

1. Remove and discard the four (4) screws that hold the pedestal in place.

Mounting The 90485 Module Housing To An OR Cart

1. With a pencil or scribe, layout the 1:1 hole pattern provided in Figure 3 on page 5 on the cart shelf where the
90485 is to reside. Ensure that unit placement on the cart shelf does not impede unit cable routing.
2. Using a hand drill and 1/4 inch diameter bit, drill four (4) holes where marked in step 1. Deburr the holes if
necessary.
3. Set the 90485 with mounting bracket on the cart shelf, aligning the drilled holes to the four (4) floating nuts
pressed in the mounting bracket. Refer to Figure 4 on page 6. The Module Housings connector panel should
be positioned towards the rear of the cart.
4. Place a split-lock washer (Item 1) and a flat washer (Item 2) on to a wing screw (Item 4). Direct the wing
screw up through one of the holes drilled in the cart shelf and thread into the brackets floating nut. The wing
screw only needs to be hand tight. Refer to Figure 4 on page 6.

!
If the cart shelf is too thick, the supplied wing screws will not be of adequate length. Discard the
wing screws and procure the appropriate length 10-32 screw for your application.

5. Repeat step 4 for the three (3) remaining screws.
