FOREWARD

Praise to Allah SWT who has given taufik, guidance, and inayah so that we
all can still move as usual as well as the author so we can finish an english
assigment was with the best.
Author say thanks to eveyone who help us so that this English assigment can
be completed with the best. Constuctive criticism and suggestions are very authors
expect to perfection by this author. Previous authors apologize to all those readers
primarily because there are still many mistakes in this trip report, Please critique
and suggestions.

I INTODUCTION

English is a global language, and everyone wants to study about English. It


was the dominant language of education, commerce, religion, and government in
the western world. Now everything need English, if someone want to be a teacher,
lecturer, doctor, architect, desaigner, even security, they need English as the most
important thing or just for their knowledge. No wonder now that English becomes
very important for everyone. Even since still dibangku garden we are already
known English kandengan. Now at the end of semester 4 our lecturers hold
fieldtrip program and this agenda is very important for every students, because as
a student we must practice more in English.
This agenda can make the students practice directly with the native speakers.
This is very good to improve their skill in English, like their grammar,
pronounciation, gesture, confidence, listening and the important thing is their
speaking. As a student or practice teacher, lecture is not effective because they
practice not the real native speakers. We must practice with the native speakers so
we can learn to speak and gesture when the native speakers said something to us.
The big problem is in our college is not the real native speakers.
We are very difficult to find the real native speakers, but with this agenda we
can realize and practice directly with the real native speakers. This program gives
us the opportunity to tour to java and dewata island such as Universitas
Darussalam (UNIDA) in Gontor, DEC (dynamic English course) kampunginggris
pare Kediri, University of Malang (UM) Indonesia Language Foundation (IALF),
university Jogjakarta (UNJ) . The student goes to many tours to find tourist in Bali
and Java. The student must find the foreigners or native speakers to make a short
conversation or take a picture. So, our English skill must be good to find foreign
in Java and Bali. The main purpose of this tour is to practice tourism in Bali. We
used interview and documentation to complete this assignment

II DISCUSSION

A. University of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor


Bilingual campus (English and Arabic) in 1963 still a IPD (Institute of
education darussalam) then after the IPD changed ISID (darussalam Institute
of Islamic studies) and in 2014 begins there is encouragement and the support
of all parties and are required to make the University of gontor and towards
the end of the term of Mr. muhammad nuh education makes a keepsake and
issued a decree to become the University of Darussalam (UNIDA).
Dean Tarbiyah in UNIDA: Dr. Imam Bahroni, M.A., M.L.Sc, Deputy
Dean of Tarbiyah: k.h. Heru Saiful Anwar. All students should stay in their
homes even though there is diasrama which is just opposite the UNIDA
because this is the reason for the student focus more to always learn. These
students also UNIDA in the obligatory use of English and Arabic, they are
not allowed to use the language of Indonesia, if one of them is the occasional
use of English at the time of that night, they will be on call to facing at the
linguistic for sanctions over what they have donebecause every side UNIDA
will always be lurking every student trustees against the language spoken.
Lecturers do not require them to be exact and perfect when speaking,
most importantly they are able to exclude all their abilities in English as well
as Arabic regardless of grammar. As time passes when they are accustomed
to using arabic and english language then lecturers will start correcting and
giving them a lesson about grammar so that their language bias more
organized. They are strictly forbidden to use the Indonesian language in the
day-to-day activities. There is someone on duty to record if there are students
who do not accidentally use the Indonesian language. Those who carry on the
record are recorded by their names and will be called to the language at night
to be sanctioned. It is very effective to implement the ability to discuss the
santri. This university also planned different gender system that separates
between boy and girl, so in this University boy and girl study in different
places. However, they have some activity that they have follow at this
University.

B. Dynamic English Course (DEC) In Pare
This Dynamic English course uses an unusual method and has never been
interrupted by any course institution.
Vision
DEC has a vision to be a leading, qualified, leading-edge non-formal
institution and able to produce graduates of noble character.
Mission
DEC has a mission to teach goodness, benefit others, educate, and form a
positive mental attitude and provide the skills of high competitive skills.
Standing Orders of Learners.
English in DEC Pare Kediri East Java
1. Doing prayer 5 times
2. Polite dress for non Muslims, veil for the Muslimah.
3. Do not scribble in places that are not on the place.
4. It is prohibited to bring HP during the lesson.
5. Come on time and discipline time for all activities.
6. Take out the garbage in its place.
7. During study, valuables can be on leave it to the companion teacher.
8. Maintain cleanliness, order and environmental safety.
9. Do not damage the means of public property and others.
10. Learn passionately as the realization of trust which parents give.
11. Help each other.
12. Not complain about the existing conditions because.
13. There is nothing perfect in this world.
14. Ask the teacher and the DEC FN permission if you wish traveling out the
DEC FN neighborhood request permission from DEC FN teachers and
managers if out outside of English lesson.
15. While in Pare must have a Domicile card or identity card.
16. If visiting other board type, must meet him at terrace house / living room
(can not enter in room).
17. Be polite and behave.
18. Using shoes when studying.

19. Prohibited from carrying LAPTOP, TABLET, JEWELERY.
20. Other luxury items, in the event of loss of the DEC FN shall not be liable.
21. Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School, and STUDENT
participants, No smoking in the DECFN Environment.

C. State University of Malang (UM)


The way this universe develops the language is by bringing in the
original foreigners from abroad to become speakers once a year. In addition,
this university also has many lecturers graduates from abroad who no doubt
his abilities. Student organizations are also actively conducting annual
activities for the development of the language of the existing students.

D. Indonesia Australia Language Foundation (IALF)


IALF known as academic language training institution, which has a
branch office in jakarta, surabaya and bali. With nearly 30 years experience,
facilities and the best resources, native English speakers and experienced
localteachers in teaching and test preparation, IALF is the first choice in the
path to academic success, The international english language testing system
(IELTS) IELTS test is reliable and internationally recognised test of English
ability. This test tests the four skills speaking, namely listening, reading,
writing, speaking.
To recognize IELTS is from 8000 organizations in 135 countries. Module
in IELTS test there are 2 types: Academic & General training. The academic
module is testing the ability of participants in the use of English is required
for studies or training in universities that use English. The general training
module testing language skills more generally for those who intend to
continue their high school or vocational abroad for reasons of employment. In
addition, the general training test results can also be proof of English
language competency be persyaratn immigration to australia, Canada and
New Zealand. IELTS test result is called a test report from will list the values
of all four skills and from the average value.

E. Faculty of Languages and Arts Department of English Education and English
Literature at Yogyakarta State University
Faculty of Languages and Arts State University of Yogyakarta is the
destination of Working visit and research from tarbiyah faculty majoring in
English semester 5 IAIN Metro Lampung 2018, welcomed by Vice Dean of
Faculty of Languages and Arts Dr.Widyastuti Purbani.M.A. From the results
of our meeting with the lecturers and students of UNY we got the experience
and can find out anything that is in FBS for example we were given
knowledge about the Faculty of Language and Art State University of
Yogyakarta which has a Vision to be the Faculty who excel in Tri Dharma
Higher Education who has teak self-education that is able to produce
academic and professional personnel who are devoted, conscientious,
intellectual and independent, besides the Faculty of Languages and Arts also
organizes the development and development of research and community
service, especially in the field of Language, Literature and Arts.
Faculty of Languages and Arts Yogyakarta State University has a
purpose to help educate the sons and daughters of the nation by awakening
the academic soul so as to have professional academic ability. Department of
Faculty of Languages and Arts Yogyakarta State University is expected to
apply, develop, create science and technology, and education in the field of
language, literature, culture, drama art, dance, craft, and able to develop and
disseminate to the community in order to realize Universitas Negeri
Yogyakarta become an International University.
The Faculty of Language and Arts undertakes good cooperation in
academic and cultural arts. In the academic field has been established
relationships with various universities in Malaysia, Thailand, China,
Australia, Netherlands, Germany, and France. Language and Art Faculty of
Yogyakarta State University has competent human resources and facilities
and Master S3 and S.2 qualified Teachers. The faculty of language and arts
also organize excellent programs such as: English for children, craft studio,
german and french for tourism etc.

The education program of Yogyakarata State Faculty of Languages and
Arts in its academic system is by conducting a semester credit system that
helps students to study Strata One (S.1) and ranges from 144 to 149 SKS
designed 8 to 14 semesters .
In addition to teaching and learning activities, students are also
incorporated in student organizations BEM (Student Executive Board), DPM
(Student Program Board), HIMA (Student Association) and UKMF (Faculty
Student Activity Unit) which aim is as a container to add more insight as
event proof of student for bagkit become people free from bad imaging in
implement Tri Darma Higher Education. As an educational institution the
Faculty of Language and Arts has dedicated the Association and its academic
activities and student activities.

III CONCLUSION
Based on the report above we can conclude that this agenda makes the student
know how to good pronunciation with native speakers. On this field trip we gets
more knowledge about English and history about place that we have arrive. This
agenda can get togetherness in every part of human that he/she followed this trip.
Some experience in many place of Java and Bali.
Finally we say for our beloved lecturer and Elbina tour thank you very much
for 10 days in Java and Bali. You are the best!
