This section describes the scope / area of the narrative report.

II. Company Background

This section details the company profile with some historical background and highlights. This
may include but not limited to the section/department where trainee is assigned to.

III. Training Details


a. Personal

The section describes the impact of the training to the development of the
student as a worker / trainee. This may include but not limited to the personal
growth of the student, how the training has helped his/her growth as a person,
gaining experience from the company exposure.

b. Interpersonal
A description of how the student trainee deals with company personnel, co-
worker, supervisor, and subordinates. The section must cover the impact of the
direct and indirect contact experience.

c. Technical
This section describes the work details of the training. It may include but not
limited to the unit/division/department assigned to. Discussion on the
hardware / software exposures, daily routine / activities, responsibilities and
technical specifics is included here.

d. Program Specific
Engineering program specific output requirements derived from the training.

IV. Training Assessment in Relation to:


a. Student Outcomes
A personal assessment of the trainee addressing the attainment of student
outcomes mapped in the engineering program.

b. <Engineering> Program
A personal assessment of the training with respect to the engineering program,
highlighting positive points and possible areas to improve in the program.
