0.4 ml 0.1 M EDTA added to the solution
B: 300 ml tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide at pH 5.5 with ortho-phosphoric acid.
Add 300 ml Acetonitrile, 200 ml methanol and 0.4 ml 0.1 M EDTA solution
Gradient : 0.0 - 2.0 min A 95%
2.0 - 22.0 min A 95% to 75 %
22.0 - 32.0 min A 75% to 50 %
32.0 - 37.0 min A 75% to 50 %
38.0 - 58.0 min A 95%
Flow rate : 1.0 mL/min (pressure 125 bar (1812 psi))

Detection : Shimadzu 2010 CHT, UV 254 nm

Temperature : Ambient

Inject. volume : 10 µL

Sample : Cefdinir (23.4 min)

Sample preparation
3 ml of phosphate buffer at pH 7.0.
Dilute to 20 ml with tetrabutylammonium hydroxide solution of pH 5.5
Dissolve standard to make 100 ppm Cefdinir solution
