Dear Mayor Allan,

EAGLE WINGS Greetings!
It is an honor to serve the Local Government of Tagum for 18 years. The development of
Tagum has been greatly observed for the past few years. This is because of the frontline banner of
the EAGLE WINGS development thrust which was driven by your administration. The magnitude
of this development was greatly felt by the Tagumeños. It is indeed that working under your
guidance gives us, public servants, an unwavering passion in doing our best in delivering service
to the people. Now, it is the time for a transformative change, this reorganization will truly help
the City Government raise the quality of services it gives for the people.
In line with this, the undersigned would like to apply for the following vacant positions in
the City Economic Enterprise Office:
1. PUBLIC SERVICES OFFICER III - MAINTENANCE SECTION, ADMINISTRATIVE
AND SUPPORT SERVICES DIVISION
2. MARKET SUPERVISOR III - MARKET DIVISION
3. SENIOR PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATION OFFICER - TERMINAL DIVISION
With my work experience in the City Economic Enterprise Office for 18 years, I believe that I
can give all the deliverables (core functions) of the said positions with utmost confidence. Working
as Labor General Foreman for 9 years, this gives me the edge among all other applicants. I was
given the task as the overseer of all related maintenance workload as well as scheduling and
dispatching personnel to provide maintenance to the facilities of the City Economic Enterprise
Office.
It is with greatest importance to me to apply for a higher position in the City Government,
which I believe I could continue giving and providing assistance to you and your Administration
and may bring additional blessings to my family.
