Course Objective: Labour and Industrial Laws are one of the most far reaching, crucial aspect of a
democracy. It provides an outlet for employees’ grievances, employer’s rights and duties. Industrial laws
helps to put an end of unfair labor practices and it improves welfare of workers. This course aims to help
