Problem Statement:
Open the given PC case. Identify various components inside it. Study how they are
interconnected, study how they are fixed, and arranged inside the case. Learn to fix the cables
Procedure:
Switch off the PC and remove the power connection from computer
Remove the cables and add on cards, keep them neatly on your table
Use proper screw head to remove the screws from the case
Arrange the components on your table and show for instructor’s evaluation.
Motherboard
Problem Statement:
A computer is connected various cables and connections, this experiments help you to
familiarize the different types of cables, connectors and their specifications. Open the given PC
identifies all cables, ports, connectors, draw them and write their purpose and specifications.
Procedure:
Switch off the PC and remove the power connection from computer
Use proper screw head to remove the screws from the case
