caso el proyecto lo amerite.

FABRICACIÓN DE ESTRUCTURAS
En fabricación de estructuras, el jefe de planta designa al Jefe de Línea 1,
2, 3 ó 4, responsable de la fabricación, éste asigna al contratista
encargado de realizar el trabajo, indicándole la prioridad y fecha de
entrega del elemento. Si lo requiere la fabricación, el jefe de línea,
asignará al contratista el armado de perfiles. El jefe de línea enviará a la
zona de arco sumergido los perfiles armados para el proceso de
soldadura. El jefe de línea asignará al contratista la etapa de estructurado
del perfil, el contratista realizará el estructurado soldando según el tipo de
proceso requerido (soldadura por arco eléctrico manual o soldadura por
alambre tubular). Luego se realizará el enderezado y la limpieza del perfil.
El jefe de línea solicitará la liberación de la estructura fabricada, al
personal de control de calidad, quienes realizarán la inspección respectiva
de la estructura para su pase al siguiente proceso.
TRATAMIENTO SUPERFICIAL
Se traslada a la granalladora correspondiente, manual o automática
tomando en cuenta la forma y el tamaño de los elementos a granallar.
Luego de finalizado el proceso, el supervisor de granallado y el supervisor
de control de calidad efectuarán una inspección visual de los elementos.
Los elementos correctamente granallados al nivel requerido, se procede a
trasladarlos a la zona del pintado de las estructuras. El responsable de
control de calidad verifica y aprueba los elementos pintados terminados.
En el caso estos procesos sean contratados externamente, control de
calidad realiza inspección de fabricación
DESPACHO DE ESTRUCTURAS
Definidos los elementos aptos para ser despachados de acuerdo al
cronograma de despachos de PCP, el jefe de despacho verifica si los
elementos que se encuentran físicamente en terreno, corresponden en su
totalidad a los indicados en el cronograma. El jefe de despacho revisa los
elementos a despachar y decide el tipo de carga a realizar, de acuerdo a
las características de las piezas; para ser entregados al cliente.
