Counter Personnel – I didn’t have much conversation with them because there are several people in
line. I just ask the personnel about the customer feedback form and she said that it is in their website

First, based on the product elements all of the stated above I have an outstanding evaluation for

all because I had excellent experience. For prices and other cost, I saw that the maximum BDO ATM

Withdrawal limit per day is P50,000 and the maximum amount per single transaction is P10,000. The

BDO Malabon Branch has a good air condition, it is well maintained, the seats are clean and the lights

are all working. My fuel from Navotas City to BDO Malabon Branch cost me around P50 pesos because

my car’s gasoline is unleaded and my travel time is 15mins because its near our place. The parking space

is good despite the number of people inside the bank. Third, about the place, time and cyberspace I find

the place very clean and they handle their customers properly. With regards to their website and mobile

app, you could use it to send money online or even pay your utility bills. Lastly, for the promotions and

education the inside advertisement and online advertisement are outstanding because based on my

experience browsing the internet I found so many ads like in Youtube and other Social Media websites.
