Another busy year has come to an end at Centennial School.

During the
month of June students in grade 3-6 worked on their throwing, jumping,

their basic movement skills through a variety of low organized games.

From 5/6 Makowsky’s Class

This month we went to Camp Arnes where we went zip lining,

rode horses, did the Challenge high rope course and played
Ins(ncts for Survival in the bush.

We had our last visit with Baby Gabriel and want to say
thankyou to Mrs. Vailas for sharing him with us for the year. He
taught us that it is important to think about others and not just
yourself.

The patrols, for all their hard work in rain, snow and sun,
enjoyed the day at Lilac Resort where a ton of water fun was
had.

Track and field was fun but sweltering with the temperature
being about 30 C for most of the day. We did well.

Advice from the 6s: Be kind to everyone and yourself. Don’t

change who you are for other people.

Gra(tude from the 5s: Thank you for being kind, playing with us
at recess and for giving us good advice this year. Thank you, 6s.
