This improvement was introduced at the factory, starting with serial no. 1245 for Mobilett
XP, serial no. 10152 for Mobilett Eco and serial no. 1308 for Mobilett Hybrid. The Mobilett
XP Digital systems have already been upgraded.

4. Mount the 37mm x 62mm plate(2/Fig. 2 / p. 5) from the update kit according to
(Fig. 2 / p. 5).
5. Attach the plate with the M8 screw(1/Fig. 2 / p. 5) so that the brake lever(3/Fig. 2 / p. 5)
is straight and touching.
Brake springs
1. For Mobilett Hybrid:
Loosen the right-hand M5 screw(1/Fig. 4 / p. 7) on the upper battery holder as shown
in(Fig. 4 / p. 7).
For Mobilett XP/Eco
The M5 screws are supplied with this kit
2. Mount the 15mm x 47mm metal angle bracket (2/Fig. 4 / p. 7) from the update kit using
the M5 x 12mm screw(1/Fig. 4 / p. 7).
• Adjust the screw (1/Fig. 6 / p. 9) so that the brake arm moves back just far enough to
release the brake (there should be no grinding noise when the system moves). Secure
this position with the locknut.
• Tighten the adjusting screw while the brake is released (2/Fig. 7 / p. 9) until the neces-
sary braking force is achieved.
