We would like to apologies regarding the incident yesterday during my shift with my team homer
S. Aguinaldo and Marlon L. Lazona that the time you call us through Radio and mobile phone. At around
1745H we received phone call from engr. Carlo to advised us to check / conduct inspection at Unit 21A
regarding water supply due to high water consumption / bill. After the inspection at unit 21A, Me,
Rhomer and Marlon, proceed to Roof deck to conduct daily checklist and to turn on the crown Lights as
well. At 1805H we continue the update of checklist at the different floors. We honestly that during that
time we can’t receive or monitor a call through Radio And my Mobile Phone. I’ll received call and text
message but my mistake is my mobile phone set to silence mode that’s why I cannot response your call.

We hope that you understand what we mistake and this kind of incident will not happen again.
