Dear Kap,
Good day! First day of class is fast approaching for some of the school children. It is
commonly well known in every community that the foundation to grow better and
learn more in life is through education.

Kauban Youth Orgnization, a newly established youth organization in Barangay Agus

is an organization that aims to provide innovative community extension services.
The organization is composed of youth leaders from different walks of life who have
passion in serving and giving back to the community. This is also a great venue for
people who want to make positive impact to others.

Now, we are on the first run of our project which is called "PROJECT KAAGABAY" a
project that aims to donate school supplies to school children. With this, we would
like to formally inform you that we have chosen to implement our project to the
school children of Brgy. Agus Day Care Center. We have been working on this project
with the help of the active youth advocates since May 2018 and plan to complete
before the class starts.

We would like to ask for your humblest cooperation in making this project successful
on June 17, 2018. We would really be grateful if you could give us an opportunity to
